I would give this hotel more than 5 stars. The location is excellent, the room is cleaned daily, and there are no weird smells. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the staff for helping us find our lost ring in the rush bin. Highly appreciated!

The location of hotel is really great and you can walk to see all tourist attractions without need to pay for bus or tram.
The breakfast is more than enough for all tastes.
The only strange thing is that there was not an refrigerator in room! and it is one of the weak point of it!
Room was really neat and clean.
I recommend it, just let me to tell you that not count on the mentioned city tax here, all are wrong!

location is perfect . rooms are very clean . didn’t like the tourist tax to be paid . but over all quite good . breakfast is basic pastry and coffee . coffee was lovely though !

一人旅でしたがとても良い旅でした、初のヨーロッパで緊張していましたが、フロントの男性は英語もイタリア語もままならない私に優しく話しかけてくれました。部屋は入った瞬間から暖かく保たれていてとても快適だった。
テルミに駅の近くにあったこともあり、ローマ巡りをするのに最適な場所だった。

Прекрасный отель! Привозила сюда группу. Замечательно обслуживание, быстрый сервис заселения.
Единственное - рецепция работает до 23:00, но отель об этом указывает. Но оплата туристического налога наличными - стала сюрпризом, хорошо, что у меня оставалась наличка, так как расплатиться я планировала картой.
Прекрасные номера, очень чисто, в номере есть всё необходимое, в том числе банные принадлежности, фен, сейф и пр. До вокзала Термини 3 минуты.
С утра накрывают очень вкусный завтрак с круассанами, йогуртами, колбасами, яйцами. в общем, хороший континентальный завтрак.
Есть лифт, что очень важно. Рецепция работает до 23:00, но не страшно, если вы придете в отель позже, при заселении выдают ключи с магнитом для открытия дверей. Рядом, как и положено территории у центрального вокзала - много магазинов, в том числе больших продуктовых.
Рекомендуем отель! Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание.

El hotel queda a dos calles de la estación Roma Termini.
Súper céntrico, a unos metros tiene restaurantes, comida rápida, la iglesia Santa Maria Maggiore, parada de buses para ir a Fontana di Trevi, Colisseo, Trastevere entre otros lugares.
La habitación se mantiene caliente, la limpieza A1 y la amabilidad de todos los empleados es excelente.

Hotel muy limpio y céntrico , el servicio que ofrecen es muy acogedor y muy amables . El desayuno está muy bien y lo necesario . La cama es cómodo y grande . Volvería sin dudarlo !!
