If you want to be close to terminal, this is a great location. It was 5 min walk to termini station. The place is a hostel setup. It is situated in a street where you would not want to walk during the evening. Homeless people and feels like underground market street. My gf did not feel safe. I knew the place could get noisy and we were given ear plugs. The first night we were so tired that this was not even an issue. However, the second night we would not get sleep at all. Train and bus non stop. You are not allowed to have fresh towels unless you stay 4 nights. We stayed 2 night. We were given smaller towels instead. I asked the male reception how much the taxi was from here to Fiumicino airport and he said $75 Euro and that we should book right away as they require 24 hrs notice. We walk down the terminal ask the taxi and they said it was $50 Euro night or day. So the receptionist was trying to get a $25 Euro cut. We were very disappointed. The bed sheets and pillow cases smell old like it was not wash or they have not used any detergent. I would not recommend staying here. Spend you money else where.

We only stayed one night on our way to the airport but could easily have stayed more. The rooms were clean and comfortable compared to other Rome hotels we have stayed at. The modern bathroom with a rain shower and good water pressure were a bonus in the hot weather. Our room had plenty of extra space, cupboards, safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, tv, kettle and complimentary teas, biscuits and shower soaps. The downsides are the very loud street with a tram line that rattles the building although the hotel provides earplugs and the amount of light in the room even with the shutters and blinds drawn. A special mention should be given to the communal terrace area that provides an additional eating and relaxing area.

I requested quiet room. We received room facing the street and the kitchen were someone was literally cooking a regular dinner and moving furnitute around at 10 in the evening with radio super loud and ofc with stupid comments when I politely asked him to cut the noise because we were awake since 3 in the morning that day. The receptionist said when I asked him if the room is quiet that ofc it is and if there will be a problem we can exchange our room tomorrow. What a surprise when day after he didn't show up with words that he is not working today and he can't do anything for us. I will not comment the fact that the furniture you see on the pictures are absolutely not correct. Our room was dirty, with old furniture and terrible mattress. Probably the worst accommodation I have ever had. We left the room after the first night and the only positive thing was that we received our money back for those additional nights we didn't sleep there. The location is quite okay, but that's it. Ofc if you don't mind trams driving 1.5m from your window causing the whole building to shake..
