BEWARE THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE The heating was not working in our room and when I contacted them I was ignored. It got so cold that we had to sleep with outdoor jackets on, hotel didn't provide an electric heater or blankets. We left the following day due to health and safety concerns and being ignore once again when we asked if the ehating has been fixed. Now they are refusing to give the money back. This is a total scam, save your money and stay somewhere else.

GREAT location right in the heart of Trastevere. Bed was comfortable, room was very big, felt relatively clean. A/C was not very good. Room did not get very cool, slept with either just a sheet or on top of the sheets. A/C might as well have not been there, hardly made a difference (lowest the temp got was 24*C/75*F). Shower was also not the nicest, didnt feel the cleanest. Easy in/out access to building and our room, but check in was not clear/a little difficult. I think we needed to have had WhatsApp to communicate our arrival and getting into the building. We just got lucky and sat outside the building for about 20 minutes until we caught a staff member leaving and let us in/checked us into our room. If WhatsApp was needed for check in it needs to be made clear with reservation details. Overall not a bad stay. Comfortable bed, great location, easy in/out access, daily house keeping for clean towels/bed made. Just wish shower was nicer/cleaner and A/C actually worked.

The property is located in the heart of Travestere area which makes it convenient for enjoying true Roman cuisine. The room was clean and I appreciated the view down the streets of a very active part of Rome.

We hade made a reservation more than 2 months in advance. The reservation was confirmed a few times to my e-mail. When we arrived with our luggage at BDB luxury rooms all the doors were locked. We called the number on the door and a man told us that they did not have a room for us. Nobody came to meet us. The man on the phone said that we would get an upgrade (by ***********) instantly and that somebody would call us. This never happened. We waited outside with our luggage a few hours until I myself managed to book the only available accomodation in the neighborhood.

We stayed for 2 days in this wonderful place in Trastevere, cleanliness, availability and the very kind lady Enrica, in a setting full of restaurants, clubs and cheerful people. Absolutely worth repeating to experience an authentic Rome

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time, clean and welcoming place, friendly staff and great location. Room with all comforts, hydromassage tub in the room, very comfortable for relaxing in peace. We will definitely be back

SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR of the managers of this structure! Booked a room twenty days before and duly paid, with various confirmation emails, upon arrival on January 4, 2023 we are informed that the reservation does not appear and that they have no room. All this after trying several times to call the sign number outside the BDB and finally getting an evasive and rude answer. No word of apology, no explanation, as rude and incorrect as never seen before. Most likely given the strong influx of holidays and coinciding with the funeral of Benedict XVI they will have seen fit to resell our room at a higher price and don't give a damn about our reservation Scandalous behavior, they deserve to close

BB in the heart of Roman nightlife, a stone's throw from Ponte Sisto, a few hundred meters from Campo de Fiori and in the heart of Trastevere .. really fantastic location! Very well-kept and clean rooms, the negative note is that the rooms overlook the street and at night there is ****** until late at night and you hear a great ******! Breakfast not present but there is a machine to make a coffee. Owners never seen but good communication via email and telephone. Good to spend a weekend, personally I wouldn't do more nights. Overall 7.5
