I stayed one night with my mother, I chose it because it is located in my heart area (the African neighborhood). The bb is nice, clean, the rooms make the most of all spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it because it is well connected due to the presence in the vicinity of the Nomentana station, the B1 metro and various bus stops that lead to the centre. If you have to stay in the area for 1/2 nights, I recommend it.

Fairly quiet except when the neighbor decides to scream morning and evening. Front street side. Reverse common courtyard surrounded by buildings. No fresh breakfast (fruit, pastries, bread, etc.): only industrial. Including jam. We had to buy the butter! Fridge shared by the 4 rooms, disappearance of our food... In one week of rental, we have not seen the owner once! It was the cleaning lady who collected the tourist tax. Frankly disappointing. Only the rooms are pleasant, except mine which stank of sewer. Self-service check-in was well organised. Minimal breakfast. Narrow bathroom, not very comfortable, without bidet, the sink in the room is visible as soon as the door is opened, only a bath towel and a guest towel available, no face towel. Room very close to the kitchen so in the early morning the other guests having breakfast talking loudly were a considerable nuisance. The first evening I had to walk the 6 floors because the elevator was stuck on the 8th floor. The stretch of road from the metro is not entirely illuminated, luckily the cell phones have flashlights. Inadequate value for money.

Having booked three nights "Friday/Sunday" due to the national strike, all flights from Sicily to Rome were cancelled. We informed the hotel that through no fault of our own we could not stay overnight on Friday. In short, they demanded payment of €95 for Friday night.
