The hotel is okay. It's just that it's a bit old over time, but it's still very clean. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. We left early and packed breakfast for us in advance.

The location was very good, close to Termini station. There was a proper elevator, and there were no steps on the premises, so there was no problem with large luggage. All of the staff at the front desk were polite and pleasant. The room was sufficient as I only needed to sleep. There is no free water, toothbrush, shampoo, etc. When I asked to leave my luggage after checking out, they happily gave me a room to store my luggage. He showed me around, but since it wasn't locked and anyone could come in and out, I thought I'd have to be a little careful.

To begin with, I have not stayed at the Hotel Raeli Lazio (which I booked) because they relocated me without any explanation. I cannot assess something that I have not enjoyed, nor do I consider that I should pay for something that I reserved and that I did not have. If I have to assess where I stayed (or rather, where you chose me to stay) the score is 0. Hotel, experience, service, staff, extremely demeaning. A shame.

The room facilities are very old and the same. There is a small smell when entering the room. The sheets are not clean
There is a shampoo, but no hot water boiler
There are few kinds of breakfast, so I don't have any expectations 🤣

Stayed here for 3 nights for the 6 Nations weekend. Nice hotel, well positioned, almost opposite the Termini. Room was more than adequate and very clean. Staff were all friendly and buffet breakfast more than adequate for our requirements.
