Spacious room with amazing facilities, very clean. We ran into the man who runs this B&B a couple times and he was very nice to us. I would definitely recommend this stay if you plan on exploring the Vatican City, which is just a 10 minute walk from this hotel. From Prati district you can also walk to the Spanish Steps easily as well. My only recommendation for those staying here is to communicate about what time you plan to arrive for the check-in process. This B&B, like many in Rome, seems to be an apartment building converted to hotel rooms. As such, there is no formal concierge or hotel reception that you can easily check in at. You will need to message the staff what time you plan to arrive so they can let you into the building and give you the keys.

The B&B charged me twice for our stay on the beginning of May. I have been waiting for a refund for almost 3 months. I have called a couple of times. Each time, the manager told me he will refund me and email the proof but he never did. As of mid-june, the manager is no longer answering my emails.
