The location of the Portrait Roma is exceptional. The room was a delight and the service couldn't have been better. They provide an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend.

We've been to Rome many times and stayed at many different luxury hotels. Portrait Rome is the best of the best! Never seen an hotel that gives attention to the smallest detail. Impeccable! Great location, great stuff, amazing rooms, a beautiful terrace from where you enjoy the view of beautiful Rome, excellent breakfast. Very comfortable beds and selection of pillows, excellent isolation, so you sleep like a baby! There is nothing negative I'd have to mention. This hotel is the reason we want to go back to Rome soon! Congratulations!

Our incredible experience began the moment we made our reservations, from the amazing bedding choices to personal bespoke experiences. The level of attention and care we received from the Lifestyle Team and Management truly sets this hotel apart from any other. They were responsive to all our inquires before we even arrived creating a personal itinerary to accommodate our preferences, making our stay stress-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff who immediately made us feel right at home. They took the time to welcome us personally and provide us with all the information we needed for our stay. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for Rome was invaluable in helping us make the most of our time in the city. The hotel is in an excellent location. As soon as you walk outside you are immersed in the vibrant energy of the city. There are countless shops and restaurants within walking distance and very close to landmarks and attractions. Breakfast was spectacular and so delicious. There was so much to choose from and shouldn’t be missed. The cleanness of the hotel was immaculate. My partner and I had the most memorable experience in Portrait Roma. Every single one of the staff members were kind, helpful, joyous, loving, caring and paid attention to all the details possible. From the specialized cards, to the daily treats, our stay at Portrait Roma was the best I've experienced and I simply can't wait to come back! Portrait Roma is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly professional and fun. The location is unbelievable. The breakfast - delicious! So many wonderful restaurants, shops, and sites to see, all within walking distance. The Spanish Steps are a stones throw away and Trevi Fountain is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel - amazing!! The lifestyle team made reservations for us at restaurants and arranged for walking tours, sometimes in a moments notice. They helped make our stay a memorable one.

Delayed on overnight flight from AZ, our late night arrival meant huge reveal the next morning! Any hotel with Hermes right across the street sets the bar way up in my mind. The the night time traffic was thick but quieted down and nothing but church bells greeted us in the mornings. Upstairs we had excellent coffee and an epic and outstanding breakfast. All the while you're dining with the Spanish Steps, Villa Medici and the Hotel Hassler surrounding you. And at night? Oh my, the lights will astonish. The staff was wonderful, our room and bath both dead comfortable. Go.

The photos did not lie, Portrait Roma was all we dreamed of and expected. Simoni started our experience with a smooth and elegant check in process. Our suite was ready early and it had more amenities than we expected from fresh macaroons to a Dyson flat iron. The decor was stunning and had the Salvador Ferragamo style all about, the drapery and linens were fabulous. Although we had no view from our suite it was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of storage for luggage and a fabulous coffee and kitchenette area. The bar on top is amazing we enjoyed many special drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Now breakfast is a must, do not miss the breakfast. The amazing amount of delicious food procured , prepared and presented by Alesia and Arela will leave you in awe. I couldn’t get enough of all the delicious options, The staff is so helpful and professional. We will certainly be returning.

It was second stay at this hotel in the last year and, once again, I can sum up this stay as perfect. The staff was supportive and kind, facilities of the hotel are in the highest level and the whole experience was amazing. It felt like a very welcoming home managed perfectly.

Our experience at Portrait Roma was simply Perfection, from the location just steps from the Spanish Steps to the perfectly appointed rooms, the incredible views from the terrace to the cozy atmosphere. The Hotel is beautiful but what made ours an excellent experience was the staff. We were welcomed by Simone at reception and he immediately made us feel at home. Gianluca, the hotel director made sure everything was well taken care of. By the end of our stay we felt like long lost friends with both. The breakfast crew was attentive to every detail, the bellmen and evening servers at the rooftop bar friendly and professional at all times. We cannot wait to be back in Roma with our familyand stay at Portrait Roma.
