Next Stop St. Peter

We have just returned ftom a week in Rome and stayed at this lovely B&B. It is run by a mum and daughter and nothing was too much trouble. Because we arrived at different times at different airports they waited for us both and gave us lots of information. Its only a small place with two main apar**ents and a shared kitchen but beautifully maintained. There is a cleaner who comes in every day. Breakfast was provided which included cereals, yoghurts, bread, meats ,fruit and individually wrapped cakes, biscuits. Tea and coffee. Best bit was its location. Go out of the main door and turn left and right in front was St Paul's Basillica, amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go again

This property was so close to the train station, and very short walking distance to the Vatican. The room was comfortable and Simonetta was very helpful.

Really clean and tidy B&B. Great shower and well stocked kitchen. A few minutes walk to restaurants etc and just a few more minutes walk to the Vatican. Very close to St Peters Train station as well. Highly recommended inexpensive and convenient accommodation for a Rome visit

Love this place. Is clean, spacious and comes with a shared kitchen and a small dining are. The fridge is equipped with fruit and breakfast items. Loved the capuccino machine and fresh croissants. Simonneta and Cristina were great. Helped us with Taxi to and from the location. They made the stay memorable and guide us on how to go places. This is not a fancy place but is walking distance from most places in the Vatican. We definitely will stay again. It is worth your money.

So close to the Vatican. Quiet neighborhood

Lovely property, which you can tell the host maintains immaculately, as if it were her own home. I honestly couldn’t find a fault myself. We slept really well, which was definitely helped by the fact there was air conditioning. A selection of items available for self-service breakfast in the morning, including a coffee machine which I was surprised produced some quite nice coffee! Just bear in mind you’ll need to have an arrival time in mind as the host will need to let you in and collect the city tax in cash only (which is fairly common). Simonetta was quick to respond and flexible with us too as we had to change our arrival time to be a few hours earlier than expected. She was incredibly lovely and not to mention helpful, also providing a booklet she had constructed with useful information for one’s visit to Rome. We would definitely consider staying again if in Rome (it was myself, my partner and my brother who were staying). The private bathroom within our room was exceptionally clean with lots of towels as needed, as well as having toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) provided. Very grateful to have been able to stay at such a nice place in a seemingly peaceful area of Rome. There’s a train station a few minutes walk away from the property, and for €1 you can get to one of the central stations. As I said to Simonetta, it’s wonderful to find a home away from your own when you’re on your travels — exactly what this property provided — so thank you again! Billal, Oskar & Yousuf
