B&B, you need to contact the owner. There is no sign downstairs, so it’s not easy to find. I gave you a lot of keys and there are many door locks. It’s quite safe. It’s also more convenient downstairs baw

Overall the place met my needs, which was an extremely short stay. Could be more comfortable for sitting and working, but everything was clean and comfortable. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on the 5th floor with an elevator that stops half a floor above or below, so stairs cannot be avoided.

Franco was an excellent host. He met us when we arrived and explained what was around and help get our luggage to our room! He also arranged our transportation to the airport. A very nice room. Si much within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

A great stay and Franco was a great host.
The property is perfectly located, just 3 minutes walk from the metro. Also good bars and restaurants nearby.
We walked to the colosseum with a few stops away.
Cafes right by the entrance for a quick snack, in a nice area of Rome.
Clean, modern, good WiFi.
Would definitely stay again!

Nice location. Small room and AC did not work well. Breakfast was ok. Requested gluten free options well in advance and never received so much as an apple or yogurt. Nice cappuccino though

Franco is very friendly. He made check in easy. Location was good for walking but also close to the metro line. Great air con. Very clean. Very secure

Despite suffering a 40+° heatwave, we had an excellent stay at Colonna luxury suites. Thankfully the air-conditioning worked well! The bed and bedding was super comfy. The accommodation was ideally placed for our stay. The Prati district is a lovely area, the rooms are a very short walk to Lepanto metro station but it's also easily within walking distance of all the main attractions, the Vatican, Castello Sant Angelo and Villa Borghese etc. It was also walking distance from the Stadio Olympico. Bianca was welcoming and always at hand via WhatsApp for any advice. She gave great suggestions for restaurants, particularly Villini at the end of the street.... Absolutely delicious Cacio e pepe pasta! If there was one minor complaint, no English channel on the TV... But we didn't spend long in the room to watch much TV anyway. Would definitely recommend
