The hotel charged credit card deposits multiple times. For a two-night room fee of around US$250, in addition to room charges, a total of US$500 in deposits were also charged twice.

Clean and safe property and staff was very friendly. The restaurant needs much more on the menu and the restaurant definitely needs updating. Fridge in room was loud so I had to unplug it plus the black out curtain was torn at the top, ceiling had huge crack, water handle in shower very loose. Gym tv didn't work.

nothing, spoke with property manager who guaranteed refund if ******* callled but when ******* called property denied refund was refused even tho delay turned in 6 hrs and I has a child under 10yrs old with me

The Comfort Inn by the airport was ideal for us!. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was perfect for our needs and meant we didn't have to figure out dinner elsewhere, plus the food was good. The shuttle service was timely. I would recommend this hotel as the one of choice when staying near the airport.

Hotel is old and rooms are run down, they do not reflect what is on the internet. The bathroom also was dirty, had what looked to be mold.

Courtney was absolutely awesome and she was very caring. I had asked for a walk in shower handicapped room. What I received was a room that had a tub with handrails in it. The tub is smaller than anything I have ever seen. Itis NOT an ADA room at all.
Restaurant on-site had great hamburgers! Tasted like a chapped steak burger!!

The girl gave me a room and it was just after 12 am, rainy dark night and the room was unclean with a wine bottle and messy bed. She gave me another room that smelled like cigarettes, had dirty curtains and just was not clean overall. Would never revisit
