Cadillac Kustomz Hotel

Great quirky, American Diner themed guest house in a great location overlooking the bay. Very very clean & well kept. Unfortunately the Diner / Bar areas were closed the evening we were there, but its still early in the Season- Start of April.. so I guess still not busy enough to warrant opening. We Unfortunately really struggled to find somewhere to eat out in the evening as lots of places listed online as closed, We eventually ate at the Esplanade Hotel, which although staff friendly, food was not the best, still filled a hole.

Our second stay here. Spotlessly clean. Proprietor and staff very welcoming. The view from our bedroom (Calais) was stunning with snow on the tops. Room and bathroom up to 5 star hotel standards, little touches like Tu nocks choc teacakes daily, hot chocolate and even soya milk, plus face flannels and make up removal flannels, and a bath mat in a net bag show that the team just go that bit further to enhance guest experience. The decor of the rooms diner and bar are great fun . Breakfast selection was great and cooked to order. Diner in the evening just what one would expect in an American themed venue. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic welcome. Wonderful place with superb facilities. Attention to detail outstanding. Stayed several times and will certainly be back.

This is our second time staying and the standards are still really high. Immaculate room. Check in was smooth with the owner Brodie. The attention to detail is spot on. However this time the bar and diner were closed probably because it’s low season however you were given the option of pre booking breakfast if you wanted to.

I can't fault this place in any way and I would run out of ways to accurately describe how much my girlfriend and I enjoyed our visit to Cadillac Kustomz Hotel. The decor and atmosphere of this place has to be experienced to fully appreciate how good it is. Brodie and Rima have gone to a huge amount of effort to decorate the place exactly the way they want it, and it looks fantastic. There's lots of Cadillac (and other cars) memorabilia and plenty of Rock'n'Roll (especially Elvis!) icons on the walls in the bar and the diner. The attention to detail and quality is remarkable. The room was lovely with a nice big comfy bed and en suite bathroom with a decent size bath and good facilities with plenty of towels etc. The Cadillac and Rock'n'Roll theme is continued in the rooms and all done very tastefully. Everything was absolutely immaculate. The view from the window looks right over Loch Striven, and it's absolutely stunning scenery. We had dinner in the diner on our first night. The menu is exactly what you would expect from a place with a Rockabilly/Rock'n'Roll theme, and the food quality is excellent and tastes absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big, so bring an appetite. If you can't finish, they are happy to give you a doggy bag. Similarly, breakfast here is fantastic and really sets you up for the day ahead. From the moment we arrived at Cadillac Kustomz and we were greeted by Brodie, the whole experience was fantastic, and the staff are some of the nicest and friendly people you could meet. They made us feel so welcome. We absolutely loved our visit here and would recommend it to anyone. It's such a cool place.

We went for dinner and it was exceptional. We had a large party but we were seated quickly. The portions were generous, the burgers were delicious and the service was great! We were made very welcome and the owner helped us have a great evening. Definitely the best restaurant in Bute :)

My husband and I stayed one night here in October. We ended up being the only guests in the hotel that night! The owners were there to welcome us and show us around this very cool, Cadillac themed hotel! Being originally from the car capital of the world, Detroit, staying here was just perfect. Our room was extremely clean and we wanted for nothing. Breakfast was made to order the next morning and did not disappoint! We highly recommend staying in this lovely hotel!

We went for dinner and drinks one weekend. The burgers were delicious and reasonably priced, and the portions were also very generous! Service was exceptional and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We’d recommend to anyone looking for good food in Bute.

One of the coolest and loveliest hotels I have ever been to and we travel a lot all around the world So much love has gone into making this hotel special, it’s beautiful and it’s like stepping back in time The room was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you needed and more The breakfast and the dinner we had in the diner were both glorious, the burgers were double yummy The location is spectacular, some of Scotlands finest scenery outside the door. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. You were both so friendly and welcoming We look forward to seeing you again and telling our friends and family
