Don't go to this hotel iif you have Coeliac disease or a food allergy. They say they understand a gluten free diet but don't understand a gluten free meal. I booked full board through Love Holidays and while they had 3/4 gf options for each meal there was no potato, pasta or rice option to go with it. So nothing to fill up on. There was only one dessert that I could eat for the whole week. I complained to the Hotel over three days when it became apparent I could not have a full meal but the same happened at each meal. I tried to make a formal complaint to the hotel but they said I had to go through my travel agent. I have contacted Love Holidays today who say it is nothing to do with them yet they sold the holiday to me! Not impressed. I am also lactose intolerant. Lacto free milk was available at breakfast where tea/coffee were available but not for the rest of the day in the bar or restaurant.

The dirtiest Hotel ever stayed in to say we were told they'd just opened that day after six months closed, toilet seat/brush yellow, dead fly left two days on the floor though cleaners went in, could clearly see mop line around the fly, under bed was like a vomit stain, bathroom mirror and room fittings rusty, really dusty under seating in living area, though we were an exclusive room. Restaurant.. was all inclusive, we ate out all week after witnessing the chef pick up raw chicken with blue glove to put on griddle.. wearing same glove to hold utensils to stir chicken..wearing same glove walked over to next cooked food station to stir the trays of cooked food, food contamination, wasn't risking eating here, Bar.. had to walk around the bar to other side with cup to get hot water for tea as no kettles in room, then walk around to other side of bar again for sugar/spoons/bin.

This hotel was absolutely awful. The rooms are so dated and old. The room smelt of damp. The shower didn’t drain properly which meant the whole bathroom actually flooded when using the shower, please also bare in mind that it wasn’t a wet room. The whole floor was soaked. The food is absolutely disgusting. The first night we had some sort of kebab and all it was was grissle on a stick. The first 2 days I ate what you could eat (having to guess what you was eating as they didn’t label any of the foods) I ended up with food poisoning for an whole day where I had to stay in the room so ill and was being horribly sick all day. After this I just ate fruit. One morning for breakfast they had put Aolio Aolio in the yogurt bowl instead of yogurt. It got so bad to the point where we actually paid to go and stay at another hotel (never had to do this before) for the last 3 days as this place was just ruining our holiday. It’s so depressing, the staff are so rude and just can’t be bothered and don’t help you if you have any questions. The views are depressing, it’s a concrete balcony overlooking an abandoned mini golf course. We didn’t even want to sit on in the evening. There’s no atmosphere at all. The walls in the rooms are so thin you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. The first night we was kept up for ages hearing the neighbour snoring so loudly. Cleaners didn’t clean the rooms even when we put the ‘please service my room’ sign on the door. You have to pay if you want a cocktail even when you’re all inclusive. The beds are so uncomfortable, woke up with neck and back ache every morning. Do not give this hotel your money and don’t waste your holiday going here. We managed to have the best holiday after moving to a completely different hotel. Not worth the money we spent.

Ok to start The annex is not a room on the hotel site that is separate from the main building it is an whole 4 story building fill with room completely detached from the hotel and up the road a bit.. so he aware if this when booking the annex.... which on that note when we arrived at 3 am and got shown the annex there is no facilities there for water etc everything is in the main hotel which you have to walk down the road to. The room itself self appeared clean however the next morning dount there were ants... we did inform housekeeping who who did spray something. The bathroom again fairly clean but no windows and the shower kept flooding. The entertainment... is none existence we were there a week and had 2 nights with entertainment.. 1 was a disco and 1 was ABBA tribute... The selection of drink from the bar... soft drinks the stranded serve you self coke Fanta etc the alcohol was beer on tap wine if tap and the spirits was gin, vodka, rum, whiskey.. if you want cocktails you need pay for them and the drink were in paper cups if pool side which is understandable however the paper cups where the size if shot glasses so it was frustrating.. Also the entrance to our annex building one morning we came doen to police and the window smashed.. not sure what happened but it was taped up with cardboard. Ok a bit more positive as I have felt like I have been super negative The hotel is very close to the beach and bars and shops which is great. The pool itself at the hotel was great.. there was no issues getting a sun bed or table pool side The rooms where generally clean after our ant issue on the 1st night. The air con works in the room ( just remember to shut the balcony door). Has tv and pleof plus sockets which wad a pleasant surprise and with 3 adults staying in the room still felt like there was plenty of space. Plenty of options on the food. There is a heritage site behind the hotel which is free for those into history etc Staff were plesent enough when we did speak with them Woukd I stay again... maybe it's cheap and cheerful.

We arrived at the hotel on the may 2024. We arrived about 11o’clock that night, we checked in at reception then went towards our room to place our luggage and have a shower due to a long day of travelling. When we used the shower we found there was no hot water in fact the water was too cold to even touch. We couldn't call reception to report this fault, due to another fault being no where to connect the telephone line in anywhere, so we had to leave this matter for the night . The following morning we tried the shower again and still it was cold water passing through, we went to reception to report this and they reassured us that this matter was being taken care of. This now leads to the last night of our holiday which the shower was still cold and hasn‘t been fixed after being reassured that this problem was going to he dealt with, this left us with no choice on the holiday to shower in cold water, which has now affected my partner to the point he is now ill. After reporting this for the first 5 days of the holiday we then got offered to change rooms which we didn't see the point in changing because we only had a day left of the holiday, but we agreed to this proposal to which hoping the shower water would of been fixed and working in this room. Yet again this water was just as cold as the last room was. We booked this hotel because we liked the look of the area and what they had to offer… we booked this holiday as all inclusive… the drinks they offered was soft, juice, wine or beer, cocktails were to be paid for. The drinks were cut off around 10pm every evening and this wasn't mentioned anywhere not on the site or even informed of this. The food was cooked front of house, and you were able to pick what you wanted to eat yourself, i had chicken this was still raw in the centre when cut into, the steaks were burnt to a crisp and were not edible in the slightest , the food options were not labeled to tell you what is what, to which was a risk for myself due to having allergies to certain foods. I would not be returning to this hotel after my experience, due to the factors that i have noted above, to which i may include we also had to pay to use the jacuzzi and the sauna at a charge that wasn't noted above this hotel. I myself have been to previous hotels which are 3 stars and i have never had to pay to use a jacuzzi as it was included in all inclusive or not.

Travelled solo and was allocated a single room on the ground floor which is slightly elevated from street level The single rooms numbered 1 to 10 are very small and not much space to store items. But I got used to it. No safe box in the small rooms, but you can rent a box in the reception area. The worst thing about these tiny rooms is the lack of hot water, only managed to get hot water in the bathroom on two occasions and then the after only remained hot for one and a half minutes. A Germantraveller in the adjoining room advised me to run the water for 10 minutes for it to become warm, 20 minutes later, still nothing and it didn’t matter what time of day it was. Approached the reception a two occasions and was informed that the problem was being looked at. I am sure that it doesn’t take 7 days though. Other rooms in the hotel were apparently OK. (Apparently) There is no background music in the pool bar area. No English TV channels Bar closes religiously at 10:30 pm, but there is a music bar around the corner that carries on till 2,00 am. Serve yourself beer and soft drinks plus beverages which is good. Run of the mill local spirits and mixers are served by the staff. Cocktail come with extra charge and ticket for cocktails purchased at the reception. However you can upgrade to All inclusive Plus. Entertainment activities during the day is non existent Entertainment on a night can be a singer or singers and a disco but not every night. Breakfast, I found was my favourite meal, but I am a very choosey eater And I don’t like meat dishes. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and helpfully. It’s predominantly a German and French hotel, which is fine by me since I can communicate in German and spent a nice afternoon with a group of my European friends. All in all, it’s a fair hotel and ideally located albeit a little bland

The hotel is very clean, and staff work very hard here, we opted for all inclusive but unfortunately due to the restaurant being like a rampage of people acting like they were starved, people rushing, even had my foot stamped on, and could feel people’s breath on you as you waited in line, we chose to eat out more than in the restaurant, the couple of times we did try the restaurant the food was ok, fruits and desserts amazing, main meals a bit hit and miss, in the 10 days we could never get a Sun lounger, and table and chairs were always nearly occupied, so opted for a wooden bench just outside the hotel grounds, the rooms are big enough and clean, but bare in mind the walls are so thin, most days we were woken around 6am to our neighbours talking ,almost felt like they were in our room, could even hear them walking around In their room.. people letting their doors slam all hours, this by know means is the hotels fault, more the guests at the hotel, all lights are turned out at approximately 23.30 including the balcony light, there was entertainment 3 times in the 10 days, that was ok.. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, the capacity of this hotel is huge, so if you’re looking for something quieter this would not be the hotel you are looking for.. an ok stay but unfortunately don’t think this will be a hotel we will return it…

I was there from 10 to 17 May. room 6. it's terrible. the smell is so bad. sewer..probably. the shower cabin is the size of my backpack.. if you go in and close the door, you won't even be able to turn around. never seen such a small size. audibility in the room as if there were no walls. You can hear what is happening in neighboring rooms in the toilet in the common corridor and at the reception. but the food is good. the location of the hotel is excellent. the beaches and coves are amazing. Very beautiful. but don't take a room on the first floor. 🙂

Paid all inclusive for 10 days, disappointed in most staff, very rude and ignorant, as advised we would get entertainment and dj every night, not true. Alcohol choice was limited, food looked lovely but was always cold. Pool and bar staff had rules to follow but only when it suited, ie smoking areas and where to put lounge beds around the pool and also about using paper cups and not glasses. Don’t mind following rules which we was told about but staff never followed through with other guests. Waited at bar to be served and totally blanked by the bar staff numerous times. So disappointed
