We’re just about to leave the vista Badis after an amazing holiday. This was due to many factors. Firstly the staff, every single member we came across were friendly and helpful and so approachable nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to see the manager interact with holiday makers as well as his staff that seemed to have a two way respect for one another. Secondly the food. You certainly don’t go hungry. A wonderful variety of different meats, salad, fish, specialities of the day, freshly cooked food whilst you wait and if you have any room stunning desserts and cheeses. Thirdly the outside area. The pool was crystal clear and lovely to swim in. A lovely area for children with lifeguards in attendance. Plenty of space whilst using a sun lounger not feeling cramped in next to others. Fourthly the room, we had one on the third floor which was spacious and had our room cleaned and made every day with clean towels. Half way through we upgraded to a room with a hot tub. This was a lovely treat and enjoyed looking out over the pool whilst in it. Finally. We would highly recommend holidaying here as you will not be dissapointed. We look forward to returning. Well done to all the staff. If I could mark you higher I would.

Booked a last minute 4 day trip here with TUI all inclusive. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and received a very warm welcome from Emerson at check in. He was very welcoming and took us to the restaurant to show us where to get tea. It’s probably in the small print but you have to pay a local tax on check in of around €24 for 2 adults. The apartment was excellent. Really good walk in shower and we had a balcony with partial sea view. Beds were two singles pushed together which was strange but they were very comfortable and everything was clean. Can’t comment on the tv. We were on holiday so didn’t sit in watching tv. Seeing it was may there were tonnes of sun beds and no issues. Swimming pool was Baltic but it is May. The poolside bar was good with everything you need. Crisps are extra but snack bar at the pool has enough for lunch so you don’t even need to get out of your swim gear to go to the restaurant. We booked the tex mex and Asian restaurant for 2 nights dinner out of the hotel. Both are buffet. Asian was good. Tex mex just ok. If you are interested in sports there’s a bar literally 20 yards from the back gate of the hotel called the kings head showing football etc. beach a 5 minute walk away. Entertainment was ok. Passed an evening. Laundry room can be used by getting a pass at reception and there’s a small gym. The staff at this hotel are really friendly, from check in, restaurant; bar, house keeping. Also a plus is it was quiet in the evening. We hardly heard a noise at night time. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend. Only downside which isn’t the hotels fault is transfers. If you don’t book a private transfer the bus transfer took 1 hour 45. Private transfer about 50 minutes.

We took our 6 month old baby to this hotel and it was absolutely PERFECT! The shallow outdoor baby pool was excellent and we appreciated the baby bath in the room. Overall a very baby and child friendly hotel. Pools were still cold for this time of year (April/May) but can't be helped, we still managed to go in a few times and it didn't spoil it at all! Food was incredible - wow. Evenings are themed and they offer such luxury foods to choose from. Desserts were outstanding. Loved the choice of fizzy drinks and all sugar free. Fantastic entertainment on a night and the hotel entertainment team never pestered you to join in. They simply advertise what's happening on a board within the hotel and if you'd like to join in, you go to the designated place. All staff in the hotel are superb - from the cleaners to bar staff to the manager/owner who is always on site from the early hours until 9pm. He always goes out of his way to chat and laugh with guests (including children and babies) nwhich I thought was absolutely lovely, as well as being a total perfectionist and cleaning/tidying as he goes - the hotel really is kept in superb condition. Even the small things like the food benches always being immaculate and wiped in the restaurants, never any mess/spillages which you always get at all inclusive buffets, but the fantastic cleanliness didn't go unnoticed. Indoor pool was lovely, we went in a few times when the weather was cooler. Recommend going at lunch time when everyone else is at the buffet - we had the whole place to ourselves. Thank you for an incredible holiday. Xx

A lovely hotel with fantastic, quality food options. It has very friendly and helpful staff who were happy to assist with any requests or provide information. It was early season when we stayed but everything was available including an indoor pool which was great as the weather was still warming up. Location is good with a nearby beach and nature reserve. If we visit Mallorca again we would definitely return here.

Honest review in our opinion (opinions may vary ) We really enjoyed our stay .Thank you. Overall postive I would recommend this hotel for families with children. The hotel is kept very clean throughout, cleaning staff are a credit to the hotel, pleasant ,helpful, hardworking .The apartments are spacious and we had a ,peaceful quiet stay no sound travel from other rooms. The pool area is lovely ,lots of sunbeds and chairs and pleasant outdoor bar. Staff in pool bar were all very good ,one young lady in particular in the pool bar was an asset to the hotel, professional, polite, fun , upbeat and outgoing. She should be in a customer relations job.(apologies for not knowing her name) Hotel is conveniently situated for beach, shops, bus stop carrefour store (cheap water)and lovely pinewood area. There were reasonable choices of food available each day, it was ok. You could always find something ,lots of varied fish options, very nice. Alcoholic beer was absolutely fine , even the no alcohol beer was palatable (if you like 0% now and again which i do ) waiters in the bar pleasant and friendly. Nice to have the opportunity to have the option of going to the other hotel for an Italian meal and some reasonable wine there. Some of the entertainment was really good eg, the band with the saxophone/guitarist and guitar and keyboard ,(Premium band i think),very entertaining, good mix of songs and era's, good musicians.Very enjoyable. The african acrobats and the magicians/juggler were good too. Pleasant animation team that showed great patience with children . Areas for improvement (Instructions would be helpful on how air con works. We couldn't make it work ) Make booking for the other restaurants also available on a phone app its a much more user friendly in my experience. The red and white wine is just not drinkable it all needs upgrading.....rose is ok . Couldn't see the point in the showcase cooking , burgers, bratwurst, loin of pork and chicken most nights.?( Showcase ??) Silent disco ..... good try but we didnt feel it was entertaining . The manager of hotel I believe?(an outgoing ,pleasant, friendly man ) in the restaurant daily stirring and moving food containers around and touching spoons and food with no gloves this appeared unhelpful ,and a bit intimidating for restaurant /kitchen staff ( in my humble opinion.) Animation team announcer microphone /amplifier ? I guess? ...we couldnt hear what they were saying when seated in the room. (i don't have a hearing problem )

Nice hotel shame Tui don't tell you the facts. Beware of going before 1st May or after September. Most options here are closed! We were told there were 5 restaurants at the hotel but not that they are all closed until May. Same about the indoor pool. The food in the buffet though is very good. Staff are brilliant. Very clean hotel. 5 minutes walk to beach. Drinks are OK. Entertainment variable. Pool has lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of children here even in term time this week. No adults only areas.

Daria and Tomas are an asset to your team, they make the place much more relaxing and fun for children. They work from morning to night to make sure there is activities for all, like play darts, Pilates, kids club, building sand castles and the mini disco and my favourite the silent disco. If they weren’t there our experience wouldn’t have been so enjoyable with being out of season a lot of the resort was closed, so thank you for the fun actives to keep our young one entertained. With the amount of children that were there I would have expected more entertainment staff, too much for 2 people, usually there’s 6-8 people. We were in Gran Canaria last year and there was more than 10. Vista badia is a nice hotel with great staff, but we were disappointed that a lot of the activities such as mini golf, the farm, lazy river, Scuba diving, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurant and safari pools were closed, when we booked Tui were advertising all of above to be open. We were put in a room opposite the indoor pool which was great apart from the door not locking from inside, so had to

We were moved hotels and location by TUI due to work going on in the hotel. We moved from Santa Ponsa to Protur Vista Badia in San Coma. Being a group of two couples in our 20’s- 30’s we walked into a kids paradise. We forgot it was England half term as it’s different to Wales. If you have a family and you come in the school holidays this hotel is incredible for you. Luckily we came on a Thursday so only had to endure two days of madness with kids running riot - they kept getting me with their water guns hahah! The families with the school aged children left and the dynamic of the hotel changed very quickly. Groups of German, Swish and French tennis fanatics joined the hotel. With the 18 tennis courts and tennis coaches on hand this was perfect for them. The food at this hotel is incredible, has to be the best buffet I’ve been too. You could happily eat good healthy food or stick to your usual chicken nuggets and chips vibe. They have themed food nights including: curry, Mexican etc and really do cater for everyone. Sadly the 4 restaurants stated in the facilities section weren’t open as they are located in the water park hotel, wish we were told this prior to arrival as we were so excited (typical foodies). Water park hotel opens in May so you’ll have nothing to worry about in season, everything will be open. Snacks when the restaurant wasn’t open were dire (stale bread and cheese), but with the restaurant being open 3 times a day you can just wait. Drinks are your typical house brands and for the more luxurious brands like Smirnoff you’d need to pay extra - which was fine. You had 3 cocktails to choose from on the all inclusive too. San Coma is great and the Kings Head next door has the karaoke, football and dancing until 3am that you need. It’s also a short walk or even shorter cycle into the next town which is busier. We went to the Havana club opening night, was great €10 to get in which includes a drink. It was full of brits, young locals or older groups. Music caters for everyone. We hired a car with the TUI rep in the hotel, we went to Palma and Magaluf. Such an easy experience, car arrived at reception and you dropped it back by midnight if you hired it for one day. Do check the fuel, we were told it was full tank, signed without checking and ended up with a nearly empty tank. I’m used to driving the other side of the road, my sister tried but couldn’t drive the car. Just keep in mind when you join the busy motorway you need confidence to push in as they don’t let you in/ move over like the UK. We had two days of cold weather (typical TUI not making it hot and sunny for us). This hotel is FULL and I mean full of activities. We went roller skating, hired bikes (you’ll need a €10 deposit per bike), volley ball, gym, spa, basketball and even tried the hike. It doesn’t matter if you are a group of tennis players or a family you’ll find something to do, you’ll laugh your way through it. Cleaners are great, rooms are nice an

The hotel is spotless with the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The food is varied with lots of choices and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and the maids keep your room clean. It is a family hotel and that is why it is more geared for children. They could be more planned for things to do for adults e.g darts on more regular or space for this to be a permanent fixture and the pool table easily accessible for the evening. The lager was a bit wheaty for us but other drinks where available. The hotel has others in their group nearby which you can access but they weren't open when we stayed so did not access as you can book restaurants too. The balcony was spacious and some have hot tubs. There is shops and bars nearby and cala miller is a 40 minute walk or taxi for 8 euros. Le sangria and the coconut shack worth a visit and lots of shops and great views of the beach. There is a bike lane all along too. We have really enjoyed our stay here.
