A massive no no. Came in with a one year old baby, were assigned an upgraded room on the first floor next to the stage. After trying to get baby to sleep for 1.5 hours figured out, we need to move. Got another room assigned- straight next to the road, aircon broken, sofa held up together by a colony of mould. Fridge rusted, bath had sand coming out when tap first opened. Bed smelt of an old person’s deathbed (yep, changed a couple so aware how they smell). Just a massive don’t waste your holiday warning. Never again…

We booked with TUI from Ireland, all inclusive, the reps were really friendly and couldn't fault. The resort is very family oriented with lots to do to keep the kids entertained. Staff are friendly, speak English, and work hard to make your holiday memorable. We had a 1 bedroom apar**ent beside the splashpark, very quite at night, no lifts, stairs all the way. Some of the apar**ents are quite tired and outdated, some have had new PVC windows and doors others still have wooden ones. No fire safety doors, and inside amenities were very basic. Cleaners came every day and made up beds and changed towels, but never swept floors. The resort itself has a main pool and 2 kiddie pools (water is cold as expected) we spent most time in the water park, kids loved it and there were lifeguards at all pools watching and patrolling constantly. They were also very friendly and a couple even played ball with my son. I missed the small signs by the food bars saying Do not take food to the poolside, but my son was stopped on one occasion, fair enough, rules are good but many other residents did not oblige. This resulted in food on the ground, ants and cups just left by the sunbeds. There were always enough sunbeds which was good. The entertainment in the evenings was good and the Animation staff were so attentive and friendly and worked so hard, each day. There were some bouncy castles and a bungee at a cost, which were Cash Only but kept the little ones busy all night and had them worn out. There are 2 snack shops and a gift shop on site, the one nearest the main reception is a little cheaper. Overall food was buffet style and had a good selection for everyone , no one was going hungry, queues can be quite long for drink bar and food so choose your time wisely. Over all was very enjoyable and we had the added bonus of sunshine every day, and if you get bored at the complex there is a free bus (train) to the beech approx every 15 min, which is worth a visit. We would recommend for anyone with small children on a budget.

1 week family holiday may 2024. we all had a fantastic time ! the kids LOVED the multiple pools to play in, the on-site shops, ice cream shop ( u have to pay for) the 3 restraunts to choose from , gave you a good choice of food , and it was all ok, the continuous snacks, drinks, hot drinks were great. we had 2 x day trips into sa coma, cala bona, cala millor was lovely , had a wonder around the shops and some lunch around the harbour. we got the train in £5 euros for adults £3 euros return for kids and got a taxi back £6 euros. the rooms were standard nothing special but did what they needed to do , they wasn’t hot which was great! bed was comfy enough and shower worked ! had a fridge , microwave too , ample coat hangers to hang clothes. the grounds were very clean and tidy , the staff were all very nice and polite, the weather was banging! i would honestly come back here again no problem! yea it isn’t a 5 star but can’t complain , there are some people that are never happy but us we were. we played pool, badminton, had professional photos done, football, we didn’t see the night entertainment so i cannot comment: But yeah overall great week a way as a big family .

We went as a family of 4 last summer. The staff were lovely and all worked very hard. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. The lifeguards also did a great job. Unfortunately, some of the other guests ruined the holiday for us. Smoking and vaping around the pool and leaving cigarette ends on the floor, food left lying around the poolside (even though eating around the pool wasn’t allowed), smashed glasses left on the floor, many arguments over sunbeds and umbrellas and some very unruly children. Should have done my homework! The hotel was far too busy for us and the queues at meal times and for drinks in the evening were huge. Even when we got our food, we then had to find a table and the food got cold. We had to eat early for every meal to try and avoid this. Our son (14) loved the water park and the trampolines at night (6 euro a time) but our 17 year old daughter was very bored. The evening entertainment was poor and started too late. The grounds were well kept but our apar**ent floor was filthy when we arrived so we had to request another clean. The balcony was also tiny (we were in a 2 bedroom apar**ent). We couldn’t all sit out at the same time. This hotel was very overpriced and did not meet our expectations (no fault of the staff). However, Sa Coma is nice and a has a lovely beach. We won’t be returning!

While going on Holidays i would go with the protur hotels or H10 if going to Canary Island, we ended going to this place for a change as we heard good things about this place, while our room was next to the Splashworld gates, which had its upside as with kids we stayed away from the main pool area. The rooms weren't great bathroom was tidy, i've heard rooms next to the main pool were over run with crickets didn't have that issue while staying. The food was well below average one of the worst i've been to ended up going down into the town, to get something different. FYI; Entertainment area has an arcade, which ended up being very costly with the younger family members wanting to go in every night to play, never experince something like that at an All-Inclusive package. long queues at the bars for drinks, Overall this place is no where near a 4 Star.

All I can say is that this place was absolutely amazing!!! It’s perfect for kids. My family loved the water park and with the village just 10 minutes away with a free bus beside the beach I think this is the best holiday I’ve ever been on, we met so many amazing people and the staff were incredible the activities were also spectacular with water aerobics to shows every night. The place also has a sense of safety which I found great for the kids. And of course we can’t forget the shops having two food shops and one gift shop made it perfect. You should most definitely go here it’s an amazing holiday

Chunk of glass in my cereal, I certainly do not feel that the severity of this was dealt with properly, scary. The resort as a whole is very tired although staff are wonderful. A young child was rushed to hospital after getting into difficult in the main pool, luckily a fellow holiday maker spotted the child and tragedy was averted.

Well where do I start. The rooms were tiny our room has mould a damp smell and we told reception and they did nothing. The food shocking cold bland huge ques for food not unufe tables raw meat. The drinks were very weak and watered down big ques for drinks the bar staff very friendly. Pools sun loungers big issue around the main pool but fine at splash park. The slides were good but not unufe rubber rings had to wait 30 mins for one. Lifeguard nice unufe. Entertainment was not very good not unufe seats and bad shows. Bingo was good but there is a lot of kids stores which you had to pay for. Would we return no. Bring on 2024 to doubletree by Hilton in turkey.

Typical all inclusive family friendly holiday. We paid just over £1k for 2 adults, 2 children in May 2023 (off-peak) and feel it exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do at the resort, without having to venture out. PRO’s Extremely clean (rooms and resort) Staff constantly cleaning the grounds. Friendly staff Kids club faultless (twice a day - morning & afternoon) Splash park - brilliant (water very cold as you’d expect) Good choice of pools (sun loungers never an issue) Good choice of restaurants - 2 restaurants + snack bar TUI rep’s great (didn’t book any excursion due to small kids) Short free bus to beach and local shops (regularly) Room cleaned daily Room more than adequate fairly modern (fridge etc) - we only use hotel rooms to shower, change and sleep! Great outdoor facilities - volleyball or football on sand pitch. Football/tennis court also available. CONS; Entertainment- repetition mini disco (staff were great) but even kids got a little bored towards the end. Not much evening entertainment for adults other than bingo - but we don’t go on hols for that. Layout of restaurant need re-config as deserts first so queues un-necessary build up! (A lot of the same food items in a cluster which could be spread out to avoid queue build up! Food is standard for any all-inclusive holiday - it’s the same when we have booked 5* Tui platinum hotels. Alcohol tasted very watered down - again, what we expect from all inclusive. Overall, kids had a great time (didn’t once hear they were bored or use of devices!) - so as parents had an enjoyable, relaxing break! The hotel represents value for money and wouldn’t hesitate returning!
