1살,6살 아이 둘과 함께한 가족여행
한겨울인데도 실내온수풀 온도가 27도(슬라이드있는 수영장),32도, 자쿠지가 있어서 재미있게 물놀이 하였다.
1살 아기에게도 별로 춥지않을 정도의 온도였으며 실외 수영장은 아기에겐 조금 무리지만 어린이들은 충분히 겨울에도 놀 수 있을 정도의 온도의 물이다.
하프보드 선택하였는데 애프터눈티,조식,석식 기준 터키인이 아니라면 딱히 먹을게 많이 없다.
하지만 아울렛 몰 바로안에 위치해있어서 바로 걸어나가면 식당들이 있으니 다음번 투숙하게 되면 식사는 추가하지 않을 것 같다.
키즈클럽이 몹시 크고 카펫이 아니라서 청결한편이다. 어린아이들이 뛰놀기 좋은편.
곳곳에 놀이터도있어서 아이들이 잘 놀 수 있을 것 같다.
화장실에 욕조가 조금 좁은편이다.
전반적으로 만족하며 겨울철에 여행하기 좋다.

İlk defa konakladığımız otelde temizlik düzen ve yemeklerinde oldukça memnun kaldık. Oda temizliğinde Gülizar ve Sena hanıma teşekkür ediyorum. Termal ve havuz tarafında da memnun kaldık. Emeği geçenlere teşekkür ediyoruz iyi çalışmalar.

Meryem hanım ve diğer çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlüydü. Kaldığım oda düzenli olarak temizlendi. Restorandaki yemekleri çeşit bakımından fazla ve iyiydi. Otelin teras katı iyiydi. Otelin konum olarak Afium ve Özdilek'e yakın olması oldukça iyi. Hizmetlerini beğendim.

Oda temizliği yapan Meryem Aysel hanımlara teşekkür ediyorum çok hijyenikler ancak restoran kısmında büyük sıkıntı var önceki yıllarda gördüğümüz hizmet yok yemek kaliteleri düşük bir termos çay getirmek için yarım saat bekliyoruz talebe çalıştırıyorsunuz şefler salona bakmıyor sadece bazı kişiler özel hizmet yapıyorlar bunlar gözlerimizden kaçmıyor bu kadar güzel bir tesiste hizmet kalitesinin bozuk olması çok ilginç

Şubat tatili sonrasında ziyaret ettik, çok memnun kaldığımız bir tesis, beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı, termal suyunun şifası, üstüne 3. Kat görevlilerinden Ayşegül, Gülizar, Mehmet Can beyefendi oldukça yardım sever ve her ihtiyacımızı karşıladılar, ayrıca restorantlar, lobideki görevliler hepsi harika performans gösterdiler. Yemeklerin lezzeti çeşitliliği de oldukça iyiydi. Tesisin kendi olanakları aile için uygunluğu on numara. Mutlaka tavsiye ederiz.
