Breakfast had a great variety.
The room was not carpeted and the floor was sticky. Smallest bathroom I have ever had at a holiday inn express

The hotel was clean and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The king bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from. I’d stay here again.

The hotel room was very noisy, thin walls, could hear TV next door as well as talking. One night TV on until 2:30AM, had to call front desk to shut off. Early morning talking, very noisy!!

The lady at front desk not friendly at ALL. Breakfast was just ok. Asked about the area and things to do and her response was basically figure out yourself ! She needs a new job ! The room was decent . But the front desk lady was so cold would never stay there again and would never recommend to anyone !

We broke up a road trip with a quick night in St. Augustine. This was a great property, quick and easy to access, and very clean. Every member of the staff was super friendly!

We enjoyed the location and ease of getting around. The floors in our room were very dirty, our socks and feet were filthy after walking around in the room.

The experience at this hotel was very poor, starting with the low-quality breakfasts. The sink in the room emitted a terrible smell each time it was used. On several occasions, when we used the elevator, the floors were dirty, covered in spilled liquids. To top off the bad experience, one night I found a cockroach walking between the beds. In summary, I do not recommend this hotel.
