Toilet was lifting up from floor, I booked a King size room got double beds roaches crawling everywhere bathroom had hazardous objects. Very disappointed

Went to check in around 330ish, received a key with a room number attached, came back late that night exhausted from my day, walked all the way to the end of a hall-key didn't work..... Went all the way back to the lobby, received a new key, walked back to the room-nothing- back to the lobby, the man who worked there followed me back tried his master key NOTHING!! In the end, turns out the lady in the afternoon shift gave me a room key for a room that was already occupied and I had to be reassigned to another room.....😒

Hotel had bugs and wasn't clean. We asked for our room to be cleaned Orly to return to the room not cleaned. No clean towels kr anything. No phone in the room

When my wife & I was going to our room we seen 3 grown roaches crawling on the way. The tv remote didnt work & we wasnt sleeping with the tv on. So we unplugged the tv from the way. Then the next day the hotel clerk didnt asked how was our stay? Overall the hotel is horrible & we will never booked at that hotel again

I was t actually able to stay here. The hotel is under construction and is infested with bugs. I reached out to ********** multiple times for a refund and no one was ever able/willing to help. I will not be recommending ********** or that hotel ever.

property is currently under renovation, not even a sign on building with name of the hotel . front desk staff suggested that room be checked before signing in . front desk was able to find accomodations elsewhere

This property is under construction dust dirt no carpet mice and roaches I am trying to be refunded for this matter as I write this upsetting stay. I cancelled my reservation at the desk from the the staff and others who were there was also complaining of the conditions. Deplorable bait and switch. The property was near a truck stop, and was undergoing renovations. Dust and exposed wiring. They did not answer the phone.
The pictures on the website was NOT the hotel.
