Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark.

The apar**ent reflects the description. It is located in a quiet area of Sevrier near the cycle path with parking available.
The accommodation is small, on two floors, but with everything you need. We also really liked the communal garden, where it is also possible to eat and relax.
Some communication problems for check-in and a problem with the keys that occurred during the stay which was not resolved.

Residence very well located shortly after Annecy (city) in a quiet area with a view of the mountains. Beautiful terrace. Everything is very easily accessible, shuttles and cycle paths nearby. Lake access to the rowing center opposite. The residence has 2 canoes. Shops nearby .

An emergency hospitalization forced us to request a postponement of our reservation (2 nights). Despite direct contact, the hotel categorically refused to address the matter: deplorable! sad!
