It was very noisy both nights, and on the convenience side, there is no elevator to help with luggage, and also, the phone in the room did not work. We had to call with our cell phone to reach reception.

Hotel was everything I needed. Breakfast/Coffee area was clean and well stocked. Coffee and other hot drinks available 24 hours. Room was a bit cold, even when I adjusted thermostat, but that was a very minor issue. Overall a great stay

This hotel is located across the bridge in shawinnigan, about a five minute drive to downtown. Has hot breakfast (microwaved) scrambled eggs., and sausages, cereal. Rooms were clean. Free parking. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Clean room. Comfortable. Only issue was AC rattled when thermostat kicked on. Had to get up to turn off and just had fan on.
