Hôtel bien situé, mais les installations ne sont pas disponibles correctement.. piscine avec robot dedans.. et hammam/sauna pas allumés à plus de 9h du matin... donc la piscine extérieur fermées également.. un peu dommage.
J'avais envoyer un mail pour une demande spéciale et il n'a pas été ouvert jusqu'au moment où je devait faire mon check-out.. pas très respectueux...
De plus dans la chambre il y avais des toiles d'araignées au plafond..
Un bon séjour mais je reviendrai pas de sitôt quand même...

Nouvelle équipe en place depuis la veille, bon accueil, arrangement concernant le type de réservation via un site intermédiaire, entretien de la salle de bain à revoir (mauvaise évacuation de l'eau dans la cabine de douche car nettoyage non fait) et chaleur du Hammam non adaptée (le cycle se remettait en marche dès l'ouverture de la porte et sensation de brûlure sur la peau !😩)
Petit déjeuner au Top
Nous reviendrons dans qq mois pour évaluer les améliorations ! 😉

Lovely ski lodge perched above Saint Veran. Great pool, sauna and steam room; easy slopes access.

Great experience in all aspects, great location, pool and spa facilities clean and ample. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful, especially the man who was looking after the valet parking. We had a great meal at the restaurant, although would be good to have a cheaper/ more basic option too (although there are other options in the town).
The initial room (114) we were allocated was a little dark and overlooked, however after mentioning this we were moved to a fantastic room with a balcony (216).

Bel hôtel, magnifique village et superbe vue et emplacement. Mais mauvaises surprises : pas d'eau chaude pendant 24 heures (douches glacées), boissons offertes seulement valables jusqu'à 18h30 mais personne pour servir au bar à l'entrée à 18h, plateau de courtoisie complété le lendemain seulement pour une personne ? Excuses du personnel d'ailleurs très sympathique et compétent mais aucune prise en considération de la Direction, même le lendemain !

Très bon séjour, conforme aux attentes. Chambre spacieuse, restaurant de qualité, et petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
Vigilance sur la propreté des chambres. Hammam non fonctionnel malgré plusieurs signalements. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir boire un verre à la piscine (peu de personnel).
