You will want to pass this place up. Discount motel chains better than this place. No telephone in room. Large gap under the door would allow insects and mice to enter at will. Barely lukewarm water available in shower and lavatory. No place to sit and relax, only a stool at a supposedly desk. Bed was not comfortable at all. The only amenities were soap and a package of shampoo. OhI It did have a very noisy refrigerator.

My towels were dirty, one had something red like blood and my room stunk like tabaco, but the staff was nice overall, they gave me new towels.

The place was dirty. It was warm and muggy when we entered the room. There was a roach in the toilet when we first saw it. There was still hair on the towels. The front desk agent informed me that I would get refunded the fee for if I left the room a mess and I did not leave the room a mess but yet I did not get a refund. I have the receipt for it but it doesn’t show on my account. The place itself in general felt dirty to stay in.

This location was a dump and looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised that initially lead me to select this place for my stay. You could smell the thick cigarette smoke in the sketchy looking office as they proceeded to tell me their computer system
was down and they had no reservation for me, but could book one for me (at a different rate of course). I declined and ended up finding another hotel last minute. Not fun after a long flight to a city I've never been.

Ive stayed at the fanciest hotels in the heart of austin and the lowest motels in houston. I've stayed right next to the riverwalk and some town thats not even a blip on a map.
This motel is by far the worst one ive ever stayed at.
The parking lot is a pain to navigate, the staff were unfriendly and rather than putting a hold on your card they just charge it and you have to remind them to give you a refund. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and creaked every single time i or my wife layed on it. The shower water barely got above room temp drinking water and the hotel room stunk.
If you were to give me the choice of this room again or just sleeping in my car, i would choose my car 100% of the time.

Honestly, we didn't even end up staying here because the room was cramped, smelly, had NO closet, and no tub (stand-up shower with no rails?). The photos of the room were not accurate and the area was very shady.

The room was dirty and smelt like **** and cigarettes, towels weren’t cleaned properly and most of the bedsheets were burnt and had stains outside and inside, would not recommend for families.

Ive stayed here many times and have always had a good experience. The last time I stayed, they charged me $50 for incidentals even though i left the room cleaner than when i checked in. There were no towels and I even alerted them to the fact that the toilet leaked heavily when the shower was on. This is enough to make me never stay here again.
