Staybridge Suites San Antonio-Airport

Great hotel, with shuttle to airport and from. Near mall, room has a bag of popcorn and coffee machine. They have toothbrush and toothpaste on request and gave me a check in at 2pm.

I love the hotel and the service they gave my family.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our son's BMT graduation. Although checkin and checkout was easy; close to airport, that was about all that was good. Our room was set at 75, we turned it down to 70 & the AC never kicked on. Our room eventually reached 79. Our towels were never replenished during the day. Room seemed very used with dings and marks on the wall and floor.

We had a great experience at Staybridge. Only issue was one working elevator. The room was clean and very pretty but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean property. Parking at night time can be challenging as there are not a lot of spots and you may have to park at the restaurant next door.

We were very pleased by the size and cleanliness of our room. The parking left much to be desired but it was easy access to everything in San Antonio. Our bathroom sink was as clogged and held water for several minutes. The free breakfast was extremely well appointed. Would book again.

If you’re staying here DO NOT arrive late in the evening. We arrived after 9pm and there was ZERO parking in the gated parking lot. We were told we could park behind the steak house, but the concierge “didn’t recommend it because a lot of cars get broken into.” There was evidence of broken glass in the parking lot as well as a few sketchy people riding around on bikes late with backpacks on. This is also right off a freeway with a bus station out front. Just be mindful and don’t leave anything of value in your car. The room was fine. It looks like the Reno wasn’t fully completed(doors not painted/ damage to wall in bathroom that wasn’t patched) and our bathroom door didn’t stay shut unless you lifted it up. Our key card was also disconnected in the middle of our stay so we lost access to our room and had to have our key reset. Breakfast was fine, but we opted to buying breakfast elsewhere our 2nd morning. Staff was friendly. We will not be staying here again due to parking and location.

Nice older place. Needs some updating. Had hard time finding it because its tucked in off of frontage road with only one entrance. Breakfast at 9am sunday was picked over and person couldn't keep up. No plastic forks and no juices were available. Taste was good however. Room was plenty of space. Loved that. Would stay there again.

The front desk person was really nice, and the lobby looked great, but that is where the fun ended. The elevators were clearly old and not maintained, there was blood splatter all over the floor outside the elevator on eighth floor, the hallways had lots of trash and other debris, clearly not ever vacuumed, there was tons of hair all over the shower walls, dirty silverware in the drawers and the rest of the place was just torn up! Oh and I was in a handicapped room and they placed the door plackard right in the way of the disabled level peep hole. The bed was soft and clean, but I spent the whole night having nightmares about staying in a dirty hotel. All the photos are from my cell phone. I think this place was probably a really old motel that someone bought and figured they would spend the very least about if time and effort, so shoddy work, and rebrand as something new. It’s not, just don’t do it.
