The location is good for Fiesta texas, about 6 minutes away. They are short staffed according to the staff. Check in took almost an hour due to rooms not being clean or ready. We booked for 4 people had 2 towels and one wash cloth in the room. The staff was friendly and gave us the appropriate amount after we asked. You have to check in before midnight or the room reservation is ‘closed’ we were late checking in so it made the rest of the day difficult since we were behind at that point.

Unlike other holiday inns I’ve stayed in this one does not have free breakfast, and they charge $25 per hour for late check out. Aside from the locates nothing stands out

We travel quite a bit with my son & his select team. We usually book at a Holiday Inn because it’s always centrally located to good dining & shopping options. The hotel itself and rooms are always clean!

The hotel clean and the staff was courteous. The only issues my wife and I had were that the bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. Did not sleep well.

Our stay was enjoyable. Nice hotel for a decent price. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Good location. It’s unfortunate hotels charge for breakfast now where it used to be free. Also, would prefer more than 2 towels in a room even if it’s a King room.

The customer service was outstanding and the workers were all very polite and professional.
Wish the back of property were safer for parking vehicles especially F150's. A positive is that the employees made me aware of needing to park in front of the property.
