There was blood and hair on one of the sheets but the bathroom was kept very clean. The tap had no hot water but the shower did. Good location close the Lombard, the trams and the shore, restaurants hard to find around here. Parking’s $10/night

Great location if you want to walk to Alcatraz Pier. It's a 30-minute walk. Parking unfortunately costs $10, and there's no refrigerator, microwave, or kettle in the room. This is a real nuisance for a longer stay. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly. It's a good walk up to the cable car. So, it's okay for a maximum of two nights, given the lack of amenities.
