Nice hotel, strategically sited near to Fisherman's Wharf. We enjoyed our stay in San Francisco.

A stay that exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced various rights and interests in detail. The room is large enough and well-equipped. There is also a hand-held garment steamer, which is very convenient for business trips; the sanitation and cleaning are in place; the restaurant downstairs is delicious It's very good. Many people who don't live in the hotel also come to eat. If you stay in the hotel, you can get a discount of 20 dollars a day; it is about 800 meters away from Fisherman's Wharf; there are two supermarkets across the street, which is very convenient. Overall it is worth choosing again.

It's a good value for money hotel, but it feels a bit small. Compared to other hotels. Instead, it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, so it's good to move around.

Be careful that the hotel adds an extra $30 service charge when checking out, which is not very honest

The location is very good👍 The service of the hotel doorman and the front desk is relatively good in the United States. When the takeaway arrives, call the front desk and someone will send it to the door of the room. The room is also relatively clean, there is no free mineral water in the room, but you can go to the front desk to ask for 2 bottles every day, or you can ask for help to deliver it. Note that most hotels in San Francisco will charge a service fee of about $35 per day after check-in, but you can get a certain fee reduction when you go to the hotel for breakfast.

The balance between the air conditioning & the heating unit was tricky to maintain on an ongoing basis. It was also loud & difficult to maintain a steady sleep.

The staff isn’t so friendly and they don’t explain anything to you and you have to figure everything out on your own. The front desk charged my card twice and acts like it’s ok. It was a nice hotel but wouldn’t stay again

Perfect location. Walkable. Safe. Clean and nice. Staff is kind and made the stay homey. Convenient restaurant on site. Courtyard nice and clean. S’mores to close the night of our day adventures. Jose was on point and helpful, friendly and attentive.

Very clean room & bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Microwave, coffee maker available on request. Connecting rooms available. Excellent Italian restaurant attached to the hotel with great staff. Free wine bottle and $15/day credit for eating at the restaurant. Free coffee/tea available in the lobby in the morning. Walkable to Pier 39, red bus tour stop, Fisherman's wharf, Trader Joe's, etc. Here's what I did not like -Restroom did not have a lock. Housekeeping didn't speak or understand English. No gym. No free breakfast.

Very pleasantly surprised by the level of beauty, cleanliness, and upgrades in the hotel. It is just a few blocks from Fisherman's Wharf and for the price it's exceptional. Beautiful rooms and the bathroom was in excellent shape. Nice, clean bedding and comfortable beds. I'm picky. This was great!

My stay at the Hotel Zoe was a treat! The remodeling job was done very well, the fixtures and other finishing touches are excellent. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the "Trattoria" - the Restaurant at the Hotel.
