Motel 6 San Francisco, CA – Lombard Street

Unacceptable with dirty towels, like no housekeeper cleaning up the room before we come

We booked a four people stay and only received one set of towels for the duration of the trip, the floors were dirty

Courteous staff, clean room, good wifi, comfortable beds, excellent tv,, great shower; simple but adequate for a good night of sleep

Motel does not communicate well. They left us outside their parking waiting . Despite our room was already booked . They never returned our calls to answer our issues

Room dirty and wet spota on floor. TV didnt work, staff gave me hard time about fixing it and were rude.

We usually don’t expect much, but our room was quite filthy, had plenty of bugs crawling around, and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room, even though the photos showed otherwise. Parking also costs 10 dollars per day, and the lot is open, so I don’t really get what you’re paying for. Staff were friendly and location is great, considering price.
