I like that our rooms have a nice living room and kitchen area. Rooms were clean and cozy. All they need is a good sign so people don't get lost.

Perfect for short or longer trips! We stayed in San Gimignano for a week and this was a perfect place to stay in. We shared kitchen, lounge and a small balcony with other guests and that was perfect. We loved our room, so beautiful decorated. Every morning the church bells woke us up at 6.30 am. 😊

The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!

Excellent host in a beautiful town We really enjoyed our stay here.Tge host Simona is excellent.Very friendly welcome and lots of good advice about buses etc.The property is very well situated for the town amenities.We had an apartment with its own kitchen,fridge etc for drinks and breakfast food which was very useful.
