I like many outlets to charge devices. There are many shelves to put small items conveniently. There are more lights and bright in my favorable. I just didn't like the staff included the survey "must be" complete at the check-in. She instructed me to give 5 stars on everything and about to click submit on my phone instead of myself. She promised to give me a good room but I insisted to give a survey after and I know how to do it without her instructions. The staff was so agressive to get 5 stars for her employer? Did someone promised to give her a raise in salary?

The walls are VERY THIN, the smoke alarm went off when I was taking a shower, and then even when the room was cold enough, it still kept going off, the phone in my room didn't work, the hot water didn't work in 2 groups in the hotel, the ice machine didn't work, and the dryer only dried part of my clothes. This is the worst Motel 6 I've stayed in.
Oh, and the bed was rock hard and it was cold.
I basically wasted my money.

I didn’t stay , I didn’t even go inside the room. Front desk agent started getting aggressive when I told him I wanted to cancel because the showers did not have hot water and would not cancel my reservation

Overall the staff were extremely friendly but I will say the hotel had a lot of hair and some areas weren’t really clean but it was a nice stay to be there. I would do it again.

the beds seemed to be the smallest queens in the history of the world. They actually seemed like Full sized beds instead.
the people who helped us out at front, once they realized we made reservations through *******, their attitudes changed and they were rude.

I got to the hotel and the rude clerk let us know there were no more one bed rooms. She said there was nothing she could do except charge me more for a two bed room but would charge me more. She ended up finding us a room for the same price but it was a handicap one. Shower was completely covered with mold. The AC made the room smell like piss and over all the room was nasty and dirty.
