Stay somewhere else. Booked in October and paid $400 for a king deluxe room and when I checked in at 1pm, 5 months later, they told me they “sold out” of that room and gave me two beds. This made our sleeping arrangements extremely uncomfortable, as we had to smush into a small bed or sleep separate….For $400 that is unacceptable. If I wanted two beds I would have booked that.
The beds were horrid. The pillows were hard and lumpy. The room looked like someone got into a knife fight with someone. The lamp shades were slashed, the tiles were broken, the raised shower leaked, and the floors had stains. The hall walls looked gross and old. I felt like I was staying in the tower of terror.
The restaurant in the hotel is abandoned and overall this hotel is way too expensive for the condition.
The parking was either street parking across the street, parking garage 2 blocks away, or valet for $47 dollars. Couldn’t get ahold of them though.
It was a close walk to the SAP center, which was nice.
I don’t usually write reviews but I had an extremely uncomfortable stay and am not happy. Proceed with caution!
