This hotel is poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows are old. A couple that stay in this hotel too, found bedbugs. The water had a sewage smell. I do not recommend the stay in this property. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The location is unsafe.

Muy tranquilo, sólo falta vigilancia en la alberca había gente fumando y nadie les dice nada, se preocupan mas porque no lleves comida y bebida ahi si estan super abusados y el Internet es pésimo.

Excelente lugar para despej**** de la rutina, un ambiente familiar y una arquitectura colonial muy bonita. La alberca súper calientita excelente para nadar de día o de noche. Buen servicio, los colaboradores son muy amables, y los servicios que ofrecen como comida y bebidas son de un buen sabor.

Es un lugar súper lindo para descansar, si quieres un desestres es ideal, muy buena ubicación cerca de Qro, el agua termal en la alberca es deli y puedes hacer huso de ella hasta pasado media noche, el spa súper y su al alberca techada también, súper recomendado , la atención es buena todo el personal están al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Todo muy bien, ambiente tranquilo, habitaciones amplias. Recomendable, el agua de la alberca es caliente por ser termal, el personal muy amable, ambientes agradables. Muy cerca de la ciudad de Querétaro.
