Buen hotel para plan de negocios. Buena comida y ambiente tranquilo Habitaciones cómodas y buen aire acondicionado Sería bueno que agregaran cafeteras a las habitaciones. Ubicación muy cómoda para no desvi**** tanto de la autopista tanto sentido Querétaro como CDMX.

El Hotel es un hotel económico que está bastante cerca del centro. Las cosas buenas: 1- el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla 2- la TV es muy grande, TV plana 3- el buffet es muy bueno y variado. 195 pesos adulto y 165 pesos menores de edad. nos gustó muchísimo. volveríamos al hotel solo para tomar alimentos, sin pensarlo. 4- el servicio es bueno, son muy amables en el restaurante y en el servicio en general, en el lobby, etc las cosas malas: 1- las camas son muy incómodas. colchón muy duro. No pudimos descansar nada ni mi esposa, ni yo ni mis hijos. 2- la cerradura es digital, desde el primer día dejó de funcionar. nos dijeron que eran las baterías, nunca las cambiaron, para entrar teníamos que ir al lobby para que nos abrieran. 3- el agua caliente de la regadera de pronto desaparece y te estás bañando sin esperarlo con agua fría. nos pasó varias veces. inadmisible. 4- la alberca y el yacussi es "climatizado" con energía solar. Incluso con sol, el agua estaba congelada. Mi hija casi le da neumonía, la pobre. 5- la internet es inestable. a veces funcionaba, a veces no. es una lástima que un hotel que podría tener potencial tenga estas fallas que son necesario corregir. nadie regresará a un hotel que tiene regaderas con agua fria y que no funcionan las cerraduras. esto habla mal de la supervisión, mantenimiento y gerencia.
