Helpful front desk. Room was not clean, there was hair and dirt on the sheets. No frills, glad we were only there to sleep, it wouldn’t have been comfortable to stay for any length of time.

Elevator slow when working. No hot water on 2&3 floor. No wash clothes or hand towels, soap or shampoo, or drinking cups in the rooms. TV very hard to work, wrong remote in the room.
Comfortable beds, and quiet room.

Staff was quite helpful. We didn’t see the midnight last check in notice, but staff showed up immediately. Our taxi driver was good to make sure we were in then the staff person ended up being his lost friend. They reconnected.
Would have been nice to have some breakfast. Not a huge negative.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The place very clean. The property around the area is clean, but the sidewalks were poor to walk in some areas. Very close to the airport and San Juan.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. She even suggested good dining places nearby. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk around without feeling unsafe. We would use it again.

I called ahead of time to ask about the shuttle to the pier. The lady told me it was no problem and that it left at 11:00 am. When I got there to check in I asked about the shuttle and she showed me the big list of people that pre-signed and told me I might not make the first shuttle. I asked why I wasn’t put on the list when I first called. She said it was probably too early to put on the list. I told her that if someone would have told me that a list is made and to call back at a particular time I would have. She said I could always take a taxi it’s not that much. That statement was it for me. I picked the hotel for the free shuttle. After that we just took an Uber. The place was clean and reasonably priced.

The property was conveniently located to the port. For the money, you worked out well for an overnight stay, but not want to stay there for more than a couple of days. No swimming pool, no coffee maker, somewhat primitive.

Clean room,friendly _helpful staff. Fridge and microwave but no coffee machine. No chair & no facecloths provided.
