All true about the poor and shameful breakfast! (in proportion to what was paid) Don't be fooled by the excellent reviews on the hotel given their lack of reliability! For positive reviews, cut the prices in half if you want to continue offering the same services!

I stayed in this hotel two years ago High prices for a structure that does not have a swimming pool or shuttle to get to the beach.It takes at least ten minutes to get to the beach and the return is exhausting The friendly chef Excellent cleanliness Tight breakfast

The beautiful property has the rooms. Refurbished, fresh and with an excellent air conditioning system. Daily cleaning done right. The absolutely non-existent and in my opinion unthinkable thing is the breakfast. It practically does not exist. We are about to go to the counter of a bar on the ground floor where there is practically nothing exposed except 2 pasticciotti and 2 brioches in number. Sure, they tell you to order whatever you want .... but what? There is no minimum written menu, perhaps with 2 proposals. In the bar window packs of biscuits are displayed as if it were a pantry IN the house. Resigned by this "alternative" and "original" proposal on the last day I ask if I can have some bread and jam. They tell me they just froze it. Ok I accept .... in spite of myself. I get a sandwich that as soon as it cools down is hard as marble ..... and there I really turned the boxes ..... UNACCEPTABLE. But I say ..... you are a 4 star .... in Puglia .... and you can't get yourself a loaf of fresh bread in the morning? Are you kidding? I attribute these huge flaws to the owners of the structure, always present, and not to the friendly staff, without blame. Never experienced such a situation in years, not even in lower categories.

Albergo a conduzione fin troppo familiare, già all’ingresso la reception e la sala disordinate e poco accoglienti. Ci indicano il piano della stanza da raggiungere da soli e senza aiuto per portare le valigie. Nota positiva: la stanza ristrutturata, ampia e pulita ma risulta impossibile riposare e dormire in quanto le finestre non sono insonorizzate e le stanze affacciano sulla via principale sempre molto trafficata soprattutto di notte. La gentilezza dei proprietari non sopperisce minimamente le lacune della colazione a dir poco scandalosa: è un bancone di un bar con briosce/ciambelloni e pacchi di biscotti da poter scegliere chiedendo alla signora. Siamo nel 2023 e in un albergo ci si aspetta la colazione internazionale con dolce e salato, non c’era nemmeno l’ombra del reparto salato, unica cosa buona i cornetti cotti la mattina. Per me in vacanza una delle cose più importanti è la colazione in hotel con un bel buffet dove potersi servire da soli invece qui era una tristezza inaudita. La colazione ha inizio alle 8 ma non erano mai puntuali, dovevamo sempre aspettare e stare seduti al tavolo prima di chiedere cosa volessimo. La distanza dal mare è tanta, bisogna prendere sempre la macchina per raggiungere le spiagge. Per sfortuna mio marito ha preso una brutta febbre quindi abbiamo anticipato la partenza andando via 3 giorni prima. I proprietari si sono dimostrati apparentemente come persone comprensive preoccupandosi dello stato di salute di mio marito ma comunque ci hanno fatto pagare per interno il soggiorno senza un minimo di riguardo pur vedendo in che condizioni stava mio marito. Prezzi troppo alti per una struttura del genere dove pecca per molte cose. Vi consiglio di aggiornarvi sulla colazione che è fondamentale quando si sta in vacanza e insonorizzate le finestre delle stanze.
