I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the response of the manager. There was hair in the bathtub and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. We called the front desk to tell them about the issues and were told that there was nothing that could be done until the morning. We were checking out first thing in the morning so that wasn’t helpful. We asked if we could get a discount on the room because of the issues we experienced and were told to come by the front desk in the morning when we checked out. In the morning we went to the front desk and were told by another staff member that the manager was away on an errand. They took our name and number and said the manager would call us when he got back. We never received a phone call. I called the hotel a couple of days later to follow-up and was told by the office that they would have to check with the general manager and they would call me back in one hour. I never received a call back. The entire experience and how the hotel dealt with it was disappointing.
