I stayed at Best Western twice. Overall, I felt that the facilities and hygiene were very good, and the front desk staff was also very enthusiastic.

Sandy Inn - fortunately, I only had to stay 1 night. I've never seen so many dogs. In fact, my room smelled like stale animal, pet smell. Awful.

Staff is kind. You can use pool for 24 hours.
There are Mcdonald, Wendy's, tacobell, KFC and safeway with walking distances (within 1min.)

The service was excellent. What a heart-warming surprise when I saw the octopus made of the towel by the hotel staff to match the blue octopus I put on the bed, it was so cute and lovely, and the thoughtfulness of putting the black towel there for me to wipe off my makeup in the restroom. My whole experience is fabulous! I'll stay here again if I ever come back for a trip.

There was Tillamook cheese on the eggs & Marionberry syrup for the waffles served during breakfast. Great for people visiting Oregon from Virginia.
We addressed any concerns we may have had directly with the hotel assistant Manager.
This was a wonderful place to stay while in Sandy, Oregon or the surrounding area.

I paid 220$ for a room with two bath towels for two people one being a female who needs two towels alone, we walked in to a room with a hole in the sink I don’t mean a crack I mean a hole like water will run out onto the floor hole. and a hole punch through the bathroom door like there was a domestic disturbance there prior. We called down to the front desk and were told. Ya we know about it. I will never stay there again. I could have rented an Air BnB for less.

The staff was accommodating, the maintenance and upkeep was terrible. The electrical outlets are worn out and without cover plates. An extension cord was provided by the front desk, and when plugged in it asked and tripped the circuit breaker, leaving us in the dark. We were moved the next days the facility was full.
Will not be returning to this or other Best Western facilities.
