住過酒店環境最差的，地板有蟑螂。甚至睡覺時蟑螂都爬到床上。設施也是最差的，房間燈部分壞沒修，導致房間燈光比較暗;被子也是很臭，煙味特濃，換了一次特地囑咐不要有煙味，結果換了還是有煙味;衞生間排氣扇壞了也沒修，導致衞生間不通風特臭;空調出風口非常臟，應該是從來沒清洗過。因為攜程定，因為怕環境太差，不敢選擇價格太低的，結果選擇這家非常失望。詳情説明説不能退，以後選擇酒店凡事不能退的直接pass 。
