Perfectly located middle in the older part of Santa Cruz and shopping area, everything just a few minutes away. As the elevator was not working got a discount., already informed us in advance. Interior a bit basic and outdated.

Well this is a 2 star hotel, I don't understand some reviews saying or expecting more. I would give 3*** in best, just because I had experiences in 4 or 5 star hotels and they are simply better, but this hotel has everything what I've needed. Amazing location, right in the heart of the city, quite clean and good staff. Bed wasnt the most comfortable, shower and bathroom was nice and spacious. I've stayed in a room 101 and had a view on the main street and square, which I really liked. If I ever come back to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, I would pick this hotel and ask for the same room.

I found the hotel to be clean, bedding good, staff very friendly, although just a small room but excellent appearance. Although I was very near the lift I was not disturbed by any noise. I definitely would stay here next time I,m in Santa Cruz, extremely excellent value for money.

Muy muy básico, por no tener no tenia ni colcha en la cama. Ducha muy pequeña, faltaban toallas, mucho calor en la habitación y el ventilador muy ruidoso, el aparato del aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. Mobiliario antiguo. Me pareció hasta caro por lo que ofrecen.
