Absolutely lovely hotel in the delightful and historic town of Malinalco (worth a visit for sure!) The hotel is located in a quiet residential area approximately a twenty minute walk from city center. It's a great place to be, close to, but away from the hustle and bustle (taxis as aplenty but note if walking, the streets are largely cobbled). Rooms are located around a central courtyard with an outdoor seating area and swimming pool. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful, the rooms large, and the bed possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Really nice. On the negative side, the bathroom was small and had absolutely no shelf space anywhere, which made it difficult to navigate. (We were in the "ROSA" room; others may be different). The stay includes free breakfast, which was nice but with limited options for both food and drink. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

This boutique hotel is exquisitely appointed from the comfortable rustic rooms, the gorgeous grounds with thousands of flowering plants and trees, and complemented by the fantastic service of the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. It is the best in Malinalco, and I've stayed in many of the other hotels. It is in a class by itself.

Me quedé un fin de semana en este hermoso hotel, en dónde la atención fue excelente y personalizada, la vista es increíble!!! La habitación me encantó! La alberca está climatizada y todo el diseño del hotel es perfecto!! Super recomiendo lo vengan a conocer!!!

Excelente lugar para escap**** el fin de semana. El lugar es bonito y el personal y dueño muy atento.
Tuvimos un problema con el agua de la regadera. Se acabó el agua a medio baño. También era muy difícil mediar la temperatura de la regadera, o salía muy caliente o helada.
Creo que un hotel Boutique de ese precio no puede tener esas fallas.
El agua de la alberca también helada.
Al inicio de la instancia nos comentaron que había late checkout hasta la 1, y si queríamos mas tiempo podíamos pagar para prolongar la estancia.
Al querer prolongar la estancia un par de horas más, nos comentaron que ya no era posible porque esperaban a un grupo. Creo que no deben ofrecer cosas que no puedan cumplir.
Al final la experiencia fue grata, sin embargo para que haya sido excepcional tienen que cuidar esos detalles.
