The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and clean. The toiletries are Diptyque, and the toilet paper is tied with a small ribbon~ The service is very good. When I arrived at the airport, I found that I forgot my passport at the hotel. They helped me find it very efficiently and I didn't miss the flight. They also specifically said that I didn't need to tip, which is what they should do. Disadvantages: The balcony is so small that I can't stretch my legs when sitting on the chair.

The hotel is relatively old, but the location is good. The rooms are not big, old, and have a Mediterranean style. Many people bring their dogs. The corridors smell and dogs bark often. The service is good.

The rooms are for an amateur, made to look old with old furniture and doors, there is no water in the room, but there are books and you have to pay for the library every day, and also wi-fi is paid and some additional fees for fitness, which is not needed, in general, when we checked out, we were unpleasantly surprised that they charged us $ 300 for 3 nights for all these additional services hidden at the beginning. The hotel is not worth these expenses, I do not recommend it

The room was big but located in the back of the building with direct access from the street. Felt a little unsafe. The hotel also charged me twice. The first card was declined but for some unexplained reason partial payment was still taken. Sorted it out in the end but it took a couple of hours explaining to my bank and the hotel manager to get it corrected.

The room is quite big, a bit old, but the quality is very good. The big bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow because there are so many people. The two elevators are very small and you have to wait for a long time. There is no swimming pool. There is a free private driver who can pick up and drop off within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Bicycles are free to borrow. Parking is valet parking service. Self parking is not allowed.

Overall, it was a worry-free and comfortable stay. Dining, leisure and living needs were met and in line with expectations.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor. The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.

Not bad, and fairly clean. Check-in is done in a small room on the right hand side of the main entrance. Usually no one is there. Knock on the small window.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to Santa Monica Pier, 10 minutes to the main shopping avenue. There are also many different types of restaurants nearby. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and very courteous Room facilities are complete, air-conditioned, coffee tea bags in the lobby are also provided The only downside is that there is no elevator, the room needs to carry the suitcase on the 2nd floor.
