Booked for others, the guest feedback hotel is very good. There are not many reviews of foreign hotels, and we don't know much about them, so we just booked based on our feelings, so it's the right choice.

Where to start. First off the pool was closed with no mention when we booked. I am not against pet friendly hotels, but I am against listening to dogs bark all night long! There are No smoking signs all over the hotel, but our room smelt horribly of cigarette smoke and was coming in from the adjoining room door. I was not at all impressed with this hotel.

Hamptons never disappoint. Always clean and friendly. However, staff at this location was not as friendly as staff in Olathe! Disappointed that Hampton site said no rooms and had to book through ******* at Higher rate and no Hampton points!

room was ok nothing special. But they charged us an extra $75.00 for our two small support dogs and we have NEVER before had to pay for our support dogs. We will never stay at a Hampton INN again. $75.00 extra for two support dogs is not right.

Nice, but needs to be refurbished. It is an older property and could use upgrading to meet the standards of the newer hotels in the area.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. The facility, though, is about 10 years overdue for a remodel. It looks like the last time the rooms were remodeled was in the 1980s. Lastly, their pet fee at $75 was the highest of any hotel we have encountered in the US.

Arrived at 3:10 pm, room was not ready. Waited 30 minutes. That was the only negative. Clean room, comfortable bed. Usual Hampton Inn lousy pillows. No channel guide for the DirecTV service.
