It was our first time in Santiago, and we enjoyed the convenience of this location, the hotel had excellent service, and it is next to great dinning and shopping options.

There was an extremely noisy aerobics class that started from 6-9 AM everyday. I was in the third floor and still it was like been next to the gym.
I reported it, they acknowledged it, but couldn’t do much. What a pity!

It is a great hotel in a very good location.
Areas for improvement (very easy implementation): 1) a king bed requires a night table on both sides. For a reason I can’t understand, only the left side had one. There is plenty of room for that. 2) please put 2 garbage cans in the bedroom. There was only one in the WC. Upon request we got a second one. The hotel looks quite new, and it is really welcoming.

Very nice hotel, located in a shopping center. Te beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The only issue is that the hotel does not have a restaurant and uses one located in the shopping center
