The room is quite large on the island. Very comfortable. The hot water is never hot enough. It's okay for those like me who are afraid of burning. It's a bit embarrassing if you like hot water. Breakfast was pretty good. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. Although it's a little far from the beach. But cost-effective.
The biggest advantage is that the car can go directly to the hotel door. Supermarkets and bus stops are very close. This is actually very important. If you have elderly children or don’t like to walk, be sure to choose the Cliff Hotel carefully. Find the way to find the crash. Climbing uphill to the point of doubting life

Amazing property, really close to the Imerovigli bus stop (bus is not too reliable but you could use it), and one of the better breakfast buffets out there! Super nice staff, helpful front desk helping us with transportation as well. The ONLY bad thing was the bathroom sink stinks a lot, but I think not all rooms are like that. I'd visit again any time!

The resort itself is beautiful and clean. My room has a private hot tub in the balcony . It is in Imerovigli, is more remote to the central tourist area. It’s a bit quieter part of the island and I thoroughly enjoyed that. I also like the fact that it is easy access to local bus although the walk to the bus stop is either steep up or down but short, not too long a hike. Staffs are commercially friendly. Will greet you with a smile all the time.

The view is excellent. The location is convenient. The room is huge. The pool is heated and nice. The property is like new. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is top tier - a very large option of food items. My wife and I really liked this hotel. I really don't understand why anyone would give this hotel a low rating. My wife is very picky when it comes to hotels and she asked me the same question since she liked everything about Cresanto. My suggestions are to add lighting to the Presidential Suite stairs as it's a little dark and difficult to see steps at night and if possible, heat the main pool. Otherwise, great service and beautiful hote.

What a beautiful stay! My husband and I stayed at the Cresanto Suites for our honeymoon, and it was just a gorgeous highlight to our trip. The space is stunning, the staff was great, and our couples massage was absolutely incredible!

The facilities are first rate. The staff could not be more professional and helpful. The rooms are VERY spacious and well appointed. The spa is incredible. If you are looking for a totally relaxing first rate resort- look no further. Also- a tremendous value! Walking distance (15 minutes) from top of mountain- to the Fira side. Perfect if you want to relax, but still want to walk to busy shopping, dining and sightseeing (without having to stay in the middle of the daily cruise ship torrent). I WILL be back-soon!

Staff was awesome, property in great condition, beautiful view on the sea side, amazing breakfast bar, convenient to get anywhere else on the island with local rentals, great food nearby
