房間乾淨整潔，床單被褥都是新換的，有摺痕，價格經濟實惠，下次來三亞還會住這裏，離蜈支洲島打車10塊錢很近，就是為了去蜈支洲島才住在這裏的。早上7點到1樓餐廳吃完飯，打車到蜈支洲島。10分鐘。趕上了上島的第1條船。不用排隊，人很少。

房間不大，但是功能齊全，乾淨整潔，周邊也很熱鬧，吃穿用度都方便。想去蜈支洲島，還不想在後海住民宿的，可以在這裏倒腳，早上打個車十分鐘就到碼頭了。

好幾年沒住過如家了。第二天要去蜈支洲島，住了一晚如家酒店。內部設施還行，挺乾淨。周圍有很多吃飯的小店和小超市挺方便。

衞生很好，打掃很仔細。房間空間足夠大，衞生間乾濕分離，還陪了可以辦公的桌子，設施齊全。酒店在巷子裏，走幾步出去的路上全是各種飯店，很繁華。打車去蜈支洲也很方便。

前前後後住了一個星期，非常乾淨衞生，地角也很方便，去景點方便，周邊超市，飯店，零食店，市場也都有。以後還會再來的。

環境一般，衞生一般，三亞市區那邊的如家比這邊好很多，不知道是不是因為海棠灣太偏僻。
那邊馬桶還會放消毒濕巾，這也沒有，被罩床單和裏面的被子也有點不乾淨，感覺酒店為了節省成本服務人員也不多，看他們有一種人手不夠的感覺…
就是地理位置還不錯，附近有公交站還有吃的，去蜈支洲島才在這住的，總體來説湊合吧！

這家店不錯，設施比較齊全，比較新。店員服務態度非常熱情。周邊環境也不錯，小飯館很多，早晚餐都有。美中不足的是就是窗外環境不好，緊緊的挨着另一家牆壁，影響了通風。

還得是如家精選，設施超級棒，服務人員也很好，第一天無想冰鎮飲料，冰好後直接讓小機器人送上來的，超級可愛，退房的時間在後海沖浪太嗨過時間了，小姐姐幫忙延遲退房啦，真的超棒
離林旺夜市大概六百米，林旺水果市場三百米，離後海打車十五分鐘的樣子
