1. Newly opened B&B, all facilities and bedding are clean and comfortable
2. The transportation is convenient, very close to Linwang Night Market and China Duty Free.
3. The hostess is kind-hearted and very enthusiastic. She has recommendations for the surrounding food. There are also electric cars in the B&B that you can freely use.

My first stay at Xizhai was an unexpected surprise because I got off the plane late, so the landlady waited for me to check in very late and gave me coconuts to eat. I’m usually very picky about B&Bs, but in Xizhai I saw more thoughtful details, such as clean and soft bedding. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and B&Bs. This one impressed me deeply. It felt like home. It was quiet and peaceful. If I don’t leave Sanya, I would still choose to stay there again. The landlady’s business is booming! Thank you boss lady for your warm reception!

店家服務挺好的，有求必應，也很有耐心。
客房衞生也很不錯，被子很乾凈整潔。
房間設施挺全的，電蚊香，煙蚊香都有，空調也按了擋風板，比較細心。
位置呢好停車，較安靜，去不夜城，夜市也就5分鐘，我個人比較喜歡安靜的住宿，白天玩一天累的要命，晚上安靜點睡個好覺，性價還是比較高的。

首先老闆娘人很好，有很多了免費的客房服務，用了卸粧水，隱形眼鏡水，指甲鉗，化粧棉，簡直很OK。還送了椰子，用了電動車去了夜市。這個房價性價比不要太好。
房間衞生很不錯，一次性的東西很多，浴巾毛巾也好乾凈。定的時候滿房了，衹有精選了，衞生間做的開放的那種，不過有隔斷窗簾，超級遮光可以睡懶覺噢，我個人還是覺得不錯的。
三樓有個平台，喜歡漏台的小夥伴可以定三樓。晚上乘涼哦，有機會會再來，試試別的房型。

過年來海南一共15天左右大約住了10個酒店左右，我個人覺得這是我個人不滿意的酒店，
酒店衞生OK的，但是環境真的不OK，整個房間就是照片那麼大。房間空高大概4-5米，正常房子一般在2.7-2.9米之內，這個4-5米的房間空高房間又小，進去就是床和一個用陽台改建的廁所，還沒有門，也沒窗户，沒排氣，自己上廁所家人聞你的臭味。淋浴也是離床就是1步之遙，房間裝修風格黑黑的，我整夜就覺得自己睡在洞裏一樣沒有安全感。
二就是酒店位置很偏，如果你們不是自駕真的不方便，在一個村裡。沒有任何周邊環境，我們去得也晚進村路黑黢黢的。
位置大概就在這兩張照片村子再往裡走，周邊什麼都沒有。不方便。

不錯，房間整體很乾凈，外部環境好像是當地村裡的自建房，在最裡麪，第一次自己進出時有點難找，不過熟悉路後還可以啦。入住後房東姐姐給發了遊玩熱點和吃飯買東西的地兒，比較貼心，離免税店，蜈支洲島，海棠灣幾個熱門的景點距離都不太遠，坐公交都能到，還借了我們電動車出去了好幾趟。整體服務非常熱情，好説話
