真的很温暖，老闆妥妥的講究人啊，我訂的一居一天，由於房間維修問題，給我升級了兩居，還連續升級好幾晚，感謝我的老鄉，房間乾淨，可以看海，周邊方便，去超市，和吃飯都很好，吃飯有東北大冷麪很好吃的，海邊步行5分鐘，晚上有跳舞的廣場很是熱鬧

不知超棒怎麼來的，螞蟻到處都是坐上椅子上床上，地上有灰塵 沒搞衞生 廁所有異味 衣櫃爛了 裏面還有很多灰塵 冰箱裏有一杯 不明液體黑色的真的噁心 真的是 一顆心都不想給

位置很好，吃飯買東西去海邊海月廣場都很方便。我們住的C座5樓那個房間衞生間反味，雖然有幫忙拿了空氣清新劑，但是整個房間還是一股味。早晚高峯等電梯時間很長。這個公寓需要按金，在三亞住了好幾天，第一次遇到。
