My friends and I loved staying at Chilann, the space was really cosy and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and we had access to eBikes so it was a short ride to the neighbouring beaches and houhai village. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, always responsive to our requests. We enjoyed the local surroundings too, especially with the fresh fruit market and local shops for food selections. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Haitang for the first time, definitely excellent value for money and a really enjoyable stay.

The customer service is superb. The villa is spacious and the one we were in was directly by the main gate making it a quick commute in and out of the complex. It’s in close proximity (about a 10 minute drive) of the beach and luxury resorts. This is a great place to stay at with a group of people and the dip pool is a nice touch to the villa. My only gripe is that both showers were lukewarm to cold and that the beds were made up haphazardly the next day (not even tucked in and neatened). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed for three days
Advantages: 1) The swimming pool water is very clean 2) The air conditioner is cold enough 3) The room is also clean
Disadvantages: It doesn’t feel ready for guests to check in, 1) the refrigerator will leak, 2) the projector needs to be installed by yourself (but the bracket is also loose) 3) the curtains look at the pictures
4) There is much room for improvement in the cleanliness of the living room and outdoor areas
