Overall great place but seems to be being neglected a bit. In either case, you and your folks can stay here and you will have an amazingly tranquil time. Wonderful place, but it is not five stars at all. Maybe according to popular Chinese standards, but not for western standard five star at all. I do highly suggest this place. Especially if you have children! Nice water. No sauna or steam rooms. Lame.

What an amazing experience! Very kind staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed, great view. The hotel is a bit old comparing to other modern fancy hotels, but it has everything one needs and the price value is unbeatable! Loved the swimming pools and the hot spring.
Overall an unforgettable new year’s holiday. Thanks for all.

The hotel was beautiful! Picturesque landscapes and views. During our stay, the driving range, KTV room, and main Swimming pool closed. There were limited food options. Breakfast been the highlight of the day, there was no way really to eat for lunch. Only one club sandwich on the menu at the bar. When booking a resort, you hope to find more options for food and things on location. We still have to travel out to go and find good food. Luckily the area has got some good restaurants, and taxis were easy to get I will definitely stay here again if all the amenities are open.

The hotel has nice territory - big, green, with several beautiful swimming pools. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfasts are good. Prices in the hotel restaurants are reasonable and dishes are tasteful. There is a long stretch of the beach without any hotels just aside of this hotel where people can swim in the sea, surfing, etc. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

從亞龍灣轉到海棠灣來的，體驗感瞬間上升到90。
😊這次入住不管是亞龍灣還是海棠灣都給升級了，不錯。
#首先酒店員工都很有禮貌，幫你送到房間，走在園裡也會跟你打招呼。
#其次是酒店園林風景很不錯，隨便一拍都很出片。
#泳池種類很多，極度適合小朋友遊玩，小童泳池也還行。
#穿過椰林小道就到了獨家的海邊了，風景也還不錯，浪潮確實要比亞龍灣的大，小朋友海邊玩沙不錯，關於沙粗細的問題，這個到沒啥講究，海邊風景確實不錯。如果沒有其他行程，小朋友可以呆一天的酒店。
#早餐的種類也比較豐富，都是很普通的一些食物，遇上端午節還特別準備了粽子，這一點不錯。餐品續上也蠻快的。
#注意了，温泉酒店哦，可以泡温泉，可以選擇去園林裏泡，也可以選擇在酒店泡温泉。
#關於房間，過道里略有點潮濕的感覺，房間裏卻很清爽，各方面都還算乾淨，從豪華海景榮幸升為至尊海景，是180度沒錯，就是樓層低的會被大堂的建築擋住一些視角。酒店打掃也比較乾淨。
#最後就是有班車到機場和火車站，一站式服務蠻到位的，迎賓小哥們都很熱情！
總之，性價比蠻高的一家酒店，不錯，推薦大家入住。

酒店環境很不錯，時隔多年再次來到9號，大堂還是一樣的熟悉氣派，這一次帶着家人還有小朋友來，辦理好入住以後賓客管家黃顯佳送了我們上房間，詳細的介紹了酒店以及周邊配套，還幫忙預約了去機場的巴士，服務特別好，還有前台小姐姐曾佳慧 服務特別好，酒店位置就是離免税城還有蜈支洲島房產，然後設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨，有温泉，泳池，還有私人沙灘，特別不錯，這個季節過來人不算多，價格性價比非常划算，這次體驗非常滿意，有機會還會再來～

入住很晚，沒來得及穿浴袍去感受無邊游泳池，當時還被認為不是酒店客人，很可惜，沙灘和環境拍照都沒來得及也沒時間體驗小童遊樂場感覺五百多太不划算了
早餐很贊藏，可選擇的太多了，又新鮮，服務很好，大堂門口服務員董煥活潑開朗小朋友很喜歡

酒店好大設施齊全，特別是游泳池有四個，有環繞酒店的泳道適合親子活動，有一個無邊泳池直連着沙灘，適合各種拍照打卡，有個小型水上樂園，適合愛游泳的人，還有很多岸邊的小沙灘涼亭給遊客休息拍照，還有一個小型温泉♨️，天氣熱泡温泉的人比較少，還有寬闊的大草坪，用來舉辦宴會，訂的是套餐，比單獨訂房間要貴，1488兩晚的套餐，給的是特價户型，陽台景觀一般，當日750元可以住海景房了，套餐內容多了一份歡迎水果沒有送來，有一份下午茶價值138元，不太值，還有旅拍也沒有，套餐性價比不高，早餐一般品種不太多，房間內設施和衞生還可以，第一天我們一早就出去玩了，下午三點回房間，居然還沒有人搞衞生，打去前台説要排隊，要提前打電話預約才能提前安排，我説你們現在來搞衞生我還不樂意呢，影響我休息了，後來讓我打電話預約時間六點搞衞生的就下班了，酒店入住率並不是很大都這樣，這個體驗讓人不舒服了，還有停車問題，讓我們停車在地庫，出來的時候顯示收費，又要跑到前面掃碼才能減免，為什麼不能提前告之，要客人跑來跑去呢？整體感受酒店環境設施很高，服務不夠到位，周邊吃飯的地方不多，基本上要開車十多分鐘才能找到吃飯的地方。
