老闆人非常好！房間非常乾淨！房間也很寬敞。每天都打掃房間。向陽的房間陽光充足，在旅遊城市這個價位能住到這樣的房間很不錯了。離海邊很近，過馬路就是。本來想着離着天涯海角和大小洞天都很近才定的，出乎意料的好！下次還會來也會介紹給朋友。

很乾凈，房間也大，能洗衣服，附近是天涯海角景區。民宿路邊就是公交車站，幾塊錢就能到想去的其他景區。很方便。

非常糟糕的體驗 店家處理能力太差 因為位置比較合適才選擇了這家 600不到的價格也不算便宜了 估計如果不是旺季也就100來塊錢一個晚上 旺季漲價服務跟不上 其他顧客抱着小孩站在樓道里哭 我一出去提醒小孩就不哭了 説明根本就沒有管教吧 店家根本處理不了這種事情 我們在這吵了兩分鐘了也沒見人上來 最後都報警了吵了一個小時才解決 在解決過程中店家你還在那時不時玩個遊戲就過分了吧 客人在那吵 你在那玩你的DNF 挺無語的

距離天涯海角很近。樓下也可停車🅿️
裝修風格很卡通，屋裡的帳篷⛺孩子們很喜歡。大廳還🈶各種書籍📚
衞生很乾凈！偶然還發現小哥哥連樓梯那上面的角落落灰處都會打掃！
民宿配有小廚房，可以附近買了海鮮回來做。
洗衣機🉑烘乾 很方便

屋子還挺温馨的，酒店大堂不是那麼寬敞，但裝點的很漂亮。外面一出門走三五分鐘就有一個很好的天涯小鎮，離海邊也挺近的，出行極其的方便。屋子還挺好的，同樣裝飾也挺不錯的。但可惜的是，酒店沒有電梯，運行李的時候很不方便。而且樓梯旁邊沒有扶手，對於一個家庭酒店來説，是有很大的一個安全隱患。屋子，你因為窗户對面就是牆，所以採光並不是那麼好，白天衹能靠燈光來照明，有一點點不舒服。還有一個問題就是，衞生間衹有門簾，沒有門。上班兼職比較尷尬。其他的我都覺得挺滿意的。如果這些問題改了之後，我覺得會很好。

在南山寺玩遇到老鄉説天涯小鎮有一家民宿新裝修親子主題正適合我們一家四個小孩共十口人，入住後感覺非常好，東北老闆服務熱情，床品衞生間衞生無死角，還有自動洗衣機隨便用，早餐15元自助價格親民，第一頓大餐吃的炒菜。步行四分鐘就到海邊也是天涯海角景區入口，鄰居家電動車20元盡情騎。最後一頓在附近大超市自己買菜老闆熱情提供烤爐，一家人都很高興，下次來三亞一定住他家。有回家的感覺。特別值得推薦。

第一次寫住宿的評價，實在是太滿意了！！老闆很熱情一來就幫我們提行李，娃一進大廳就找到地方玩兒了，省媽！早餐自助，午飯晚飯還能點餐，老闆做的東北菜味道不錯也很適合小孩～房間很乾凈整潔，裝修風格娃也很喜歡（娃説太可愛了要和它們做朋友🤣）～細節也很棒，門縫裝有泡沫條不會傷到小朋友的腳，沐浴露和洗髮水也是家用的那種（很香我喜歡哈哈哈）～唯一不足的地方就是，不是連鎖店！不然我肯定每到一處都住熊小米了哈哈哈哈哈
