Hotel service is extremely good. Not only are the staff efficient and polite, but the food is also delicious with good variety. In addition, the rooms are very clean! I would like to personally thank Chloe 鄺紫妍 from Sunset Bar for her amazing service and friendliness towards us during our stay. She had made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to meet her again during our next stay at Mandarin Oriental!

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

The room is basically functional, the apartment has a canteen, suitable for the elderly. Close to Dadonghai Square, it is very convenient to go swimming on the beach. Next door is the ”big pineapple”, shopping, eating, entertainment, etc., and there is a table tennis club.

For the Price, this hotel is good, we had the family suite which was a good size and clean. The swimming pool is OK but not as large as appear in the pictures and can get crowded early evening. Very close to the beach which is clean but does have restricted swimming areas. Couple of points to consider, the swimming pool closes 12:30-15:30 daily for some reason unknown, also the pool will not open if raining !!! Breakfast choice is quite limited for both Western and Local food, I asked for cold milk to be told they do not have any, only hot milk available !!!! We visited this area 3 years go and dined at the nearby Dadonghai Bar/Restaurant area which was excellent, a long boardwalk area full of different spots to dine, drink and relax, unfortunately this area is under heavy restoration and very little choice available for Bars/Restaurants.

I have been to Sanya many times, the cleanest and most convenient one. It is a three- or four-minute walk from Dadonghai. The young man at the front desk of the hotel, Xiao Guo, has a meticulous and thoughtful service, which makes me feel very warm. There are many buses outside the hotel, to the big and small caves, Nanshan Temple, Luhuitou, Phoenix Island, Crescent Square, Sanya Bay, Hexizhou Island... Clean and tidy hotel, the warm service of Xiao Guo at the front desk, and the very convenient transportation made me stay for 12 days! Goodbye at the end of Jialiang Yingbin Hotel! ! ! !
