my partner and I stayed here for a week. The location is good and the views are amazing. People are friendly. What surprised me is that the breakfast was not included in the price and to be honest 7,5 euros per person for breakfast is too much, especially what's offered and knowing that if you take breakfast in a local cafe you might pay 3 or 4 per person. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. We had a safe in the room that we could not use as it was not working.

Excelente apartamento, por um preço bem razoável. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para passar 5 ou 7 dias. Uma sala ampla com kitchenette, varanda com uma mesa e cadeiras com vista para a marina, televisão por cabo com uma excelente imagem duma TV LG de 55 polegadas OLED. Quarto excelente, cama bem espaçosa, colchão perfeito. Toda a casa tem ar condicionado e WI-FI. Por fim o carro fica estacionado numa espaçosa garagem subterrânea do prédio. Apenas chamo a atenção que a imagem que o sistema coloca destes apartamentos, não corresponde à realidade. O nome correto destes apartamentos é ”Troia Residence - Apartamentos Marina”, situado na rua da Aroeira, na rua da GNR.

Very spacious apartment with all the amenities available to spend a good day of rest. Only one minus point are the pillows (a lot but) the mattress already needs to be changed and the existing blanket has also had better days of washing.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. The staff does a very good work: always available, and welling to provide the best service. The restaurant À La Carte is very good. Thé location is perfect very close to the beach and the marina.

Also below CV19-Bedingungen I expect a hotel that adheres to the facade with four stars to a lot more. Every morning the same processes, coffee in ToGo cups in a paper bag together with a apple and wooden knife, incrusted ”sandwich” in alufolium with always the same coating ( disk cheese disk cooks******e dry without butter). With some luck it managed to not shake the coffee and everything is dry. But this a piece of fruit is now beautifully warm. Or it's all swept and the day and breakfast is ”saturated”. No trace of a table, a normal cup, a normal beet etc. Eating from the hotel kitchen is unfortunately not worth the price. Carpaccio is beautifully made and fully frozen in the middle, so fresh is different. The hamburger on the one hand is “mini” and in the dry bread that falls out when looking (13€) are a joke, unfortunately not funny. Bach now several stays, forcefully as everything else is closed, I will change immediately as soon as alternatives are available. Hotel itself is clean new and modernly furnished, but dues is destroyed by the circumstances described above DANGER!!!!!

Hotel well located, service very good. The only problem is the noise that can be felt at all hours, the isolation of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, making rest more difficult. Breakfast is great and the surrounding room includes a balcony with an incredible view of Troy. Despite some setbacks, experience was positive.

O hotel fica isolado, tm quartos com varandas com vista para o mar ao longe. O pequeno-almoço almoço é bom tem o básico, os funcionários não complicam, tentam sempre ajudar. O único problema do quarto é que se não consegue dormir com luz então não poderá ficar neste hotel se não às 17h da manhã já não vai conseguir, os “ blackouts “ do quarto são totalmente ineficazes. Ou sejam neste hotel tem de se deitar cedo e acordar cedo. Mas gostei, voltaria. A piscina é pena funcionar apenas poucos meses visto que em Portugal há sol e calor em muitos mais meses.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! You get what you expect, but sometimes it gets exceeded. We booked this nice hotel by chance. Due to Corona we were unable to go to Spain, instead we had to look for an alternative and luckily we found this great hotel! Honestly, I think we found a better place instead of Mallorca and the only time we got disappointed was when we realized: time is over, we have to go back home. The new hotel offers all comfort you are looking for. Despite of the fact that the amazing rooms are spacious and full of high quality materials, also the hotel ground is carefully designed. The beds are cozy, all is clean and the room-service is perfect. Each room has a minibar with reasonable prices. Enough storage space is given. The shower works perfect, also inside of the bathroom you have enough space to put your stuff in. The room itself is sound-proof except the doors. If there is some noise outside you might hear it until people are gone into their rooms. However, that is the only point of critics. The restaurant is also spacious and you feel cozy while having a lunch or dinner, the swimming pool is huge and also nice designed. There are also enough sun-beds and umbrellas. All dishes can be eaten on the terrace and lounge area close to the pool. Wherever you are, the Wi-Fi Connection is working perfect and really fast. The breakfast is great! Nothing to complain about. Fresh juices, warm dishes either from buffet or a la minute can be ordered. Due to Corona the buffet is not accessible by you but you get served from the absolute friendly staff. These guys (ladies and gentlemen) do a great job to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A warm welcome was given to us at the reception when we arrived the first day. It continued each day when we met someone else from the staff. We also loved it to have a private chat with them from time to time. Thanks also to the lady who we kept busy providing us a table outside on the terrace at breakfast time each morning. Even the tables and chairs were wet each morning she took care that we got a dry one. Even on rainy Thursday morning she expected us with a welcome “I was waiting for you …” - with a big smile on her face knowing quite well we would not sit outside when it is raining – *lol*. Conclusion: great hotel, great staff, great style. Perfect place and a strong recommendation from us to visit this hotel!

The hotel is very good in all aspects, the room is very clean, the facilities are complete, especially the air conditioning is a beautiful brand in China, it is really powerful, the service attitude is also very good, the breakfast is also good, there are many vegetable markets and supermarkets around, enjoy the local customs, There is a small park next to the hotel, except for the far from the city, the hotel is generally very cost-effective.
